I really liked that you take then before bed instead of in the morning. I liked them but i probably could have taken a higher dose and had perfect results. I did still have some very minor symptoms.

I have tried every allergy product available because I have year long allergies to everything from pollen to pet dander to dust. I spend all day sneezing and always have a tissue in my pocket. I took it at night as directed & had a hard time waking up & getting moving. It did help with my runny nose but not my itchy eyes. I took all the sample tablets to really test.
