I received small sample pack and liked it so much I bought more. It has helped with my allergy symptoms (runny nose, headache) however it makes me tired. I take it at night but wake up groggy. My allergy doctor recommends this in conjunction with a nasal spray.

Although I don't have severe seasonal allergies, I am bothered by the pollen. So, taking this one pill a day is great for me. The pill is not too large and swallows easily.

Sometimes takes time to get into my system, but this goes in an hour or two hours later and lasts till late afternoon sometimes into the evening. I'll recommend this to anybody suffering allergies as bad as mine have been this year!
