As with other allergy medications, this leaves me feeling dehydrated so I drink alot of water throughout the day which helps mitigate the effects of dehydration. Otherwise I have had good results with relief from sinus drainage and associated itchiness.

I took it when I started to sneeze from doing gardening outside and I feel like it started working in 30 minutes. Then I only had the slight sniffles the rest of the day. This is the original prescription strength medication but you no longer need a prescription to purchase the medication. I like the convenient once a day dose. I have a hard time remembering to take medication throughout the day so being able to take just one pill a day is a great solution for me.

I tried the sample bag on the third night and fourth night I woke up around 3 o’clock in the morning with Pain all in my buttocks and down my legs to my feet. So I did not take the last one. And the next night and since then I have not had that pain again. I can only assume that I had a reaction to the ingredient in the medicine. So I cannot say for anyone else maybe it was just me. So I will not recommend or recommend it. I’m just telling my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take an OTC generic allergy medication and Xyzal works just as well. The only difference is Xyzal is taken at night. I did take the 1/2 tablet dose which was enough for me. It gave me relief through the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a sample sent for trial. Unfortunately it did not deliver as we thought it would. The allergies were intense and although the instructions were followed no improvement was forthcoming. No relief for the allergies.
