However, the detrimental side effects the next morning, dizziness, haze, head in a fog for hours, aren't worth the allergy relief.

I used as directed in the enclosed instruction sheet and took the night before. However, it made me very drowsy and groggy at work, like taking a diphenhydramine antihistamine would. I have tried other OTC products that also made me drowsy as well. It's back to loratadine antihistamines for me.

It does seem to help with allergies for sure as well especially with the pollen count going up in my area where I live. I did wake up in the krona feeling good and no stuffy or runny sinuses.
