One tab really does give 24 hour relief from sneezing, running nose & itching eyes without drying me out. Only downside is it does make me drowsy.

The package advises you take it at night and I did slept more than 8 hours but was tired until midday the following day. As much as I'd like to take it on a regular basis, I have to be a functional person before 11am.
