[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my sample and used it right away. I was so congested and my sinuses were so bad I couldn't breathe or sleep. After an hour I could breathe again. I know for some people that may seem like a long time but you have to give it time to work. I was just glad to find something that really worked. I will but these again and will recommend to anyone who suffered from allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Xyzal Allergy 24 Hour. It works really well. You take 1 tablet in the evening. It relieves a lot of allergy symptoms. It helps relieve sneezing, itchy nose and throat and itchy eyes. I don't really suffer dry mouth with this product. I would recommend it.

Good product but horrible blister packaging. It is a real struggle to get the little caplets out of the blister pack. Out of a blister pack of 10 tablets, 8 ended up on the floor just trying to get the caplet out. They should try using their own products
