It last all night and all day. I really helps with my itch, watery eyes! It is a small pill that really works! I have purchased since receiving the sample!

after using my free sample, I did purchase more. It did better with my symptoms than any other over the counter item I've tried - and that is very many. It did not give me nosebleeds, which almost everything else does. Unfortunately, I did stop taking it after a couple weeks because the fatigue it was giving me got overwhelming. Seems like it accumulated & then really started to hit me. I have taken it occasionally since & plan to continue in this manner.

I took in the evening and could still feel the effects all the next day. For me, it was too strong cause I felt kind of dazed during most of the day, and now when I need it, I break in half, which is easy to do with their score line. Just as effective for me! My allergy was so bad from my husband cutting the grass the other day that I needed a allergy medicine that works. After taking xyzal it started working fast. Lasted all day watch gave me so relief. A must have if you suffer from allergies like myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did like Xyzal 24 hr. It does have 5 mg of antihistamine so I took it at night. Under the warnings it states that drowsiness can occur. It worked pretty good by taking it before bedtime. It also warns not to use if you have kidney disease but most medications do have warnings on them. I like the fact that it is a 24 hr tablet.

It has all the things I was looking for in an allergy medicine and had it worked I would have paid the high price. Disappointed.
