It helped releive some alergy symptoms, but I don't think it worked any better than any other brand. In the end, the active ingredient is often the same as others and that's what really matters. It works faster then anything I have tried also. I will definitely keep this around for these horrible pollen days we get to deal with here in Florida. Thank you for a awesome product .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone who has suffered from sinus problems all my life, this product wasn’t effective for me to control my allergies. However, that said, I’m not an average patient and it may work well for others.

I took this in the evening per dosing directions, but was very groggy the next day. It seemed to help my allergies fairly well, but I can't be trying to nod off all day long. I have to take allergy medicine for months - can't live my life groggy every day.

This is the first product that truly has relieved ALL of my allergy symptoms and doesn’t make me loopy or drowsy. Absolutely love Xyzal, just one at bedtime & a full day of yard work or hiking in the woods leaves me feeling fine, no more sneezing or worrying about the breeze bringing pollen to my nostrils. Xyzal works !!!

Kept my sneezes, runny nose and burning eyes at bay. For me, it seemed to wear off between hours 14-16, but overall I was satisfied. Will continue to use.

What if your suffering from allergies during the day. I followed the directions and took right before bed I woke up the next morning feeling groggy and tired. I would honestly think twice about using this unless you have a day to recover from the exhaustion you feel when you wake up.

Worked relatively quickly, lasted for the rest of the night and into the next day, and the pill itself was tiny and easy to take. Couldn't really ask for more.

It came in time for allergies, I don't get allergies too much but at least every year a few times I do and they are the worst for at least two days in a row im suffering . Xyzal has helped with allergies it helps within 30 minutes and helps calm my nose down !! Does make me sleepy but helps because I need to sleep while dealing with allergies!
