I would try some natural remedies before giving this another try.

(I actually mix mine with apple juice) and so far so good, I am far from Regular, and I am only on day 3 of using this, an so far, i am happy and PROUD to say, I have been able to use the restroom the past 3 days! Now of course day 1 and 2 it was still a little of a struggle (as I have been constipated for as long as I can remember) but I’m happy to report today, it was a much pleasant experience, and I was even able to use the restroom 2+ times, that is HUGE for me! Yay for good gut health!

Instructions are on the back and it tells you that amount given. This product will help with constipation, it softens your stool and relives that yucky pain. I will be buying this again, and i recommend buying this product to anyone who is suffering occasional constipation it is good solution. It is a powder so you apply to a drink and mix it in. I prefer a smoothie or juice! MiraLAX works best for me.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this product. Especially on packaging and labeling. Packaging is fine. Even with arthritic hands I am able to open it with ease. Aside from needing strong reading glasses to read the labeling, the labeling is actually just fine. As far as the product goes. I suffer from regular constipation issues thanks to all the meds I'm on. I use Miralax and mix it with soda and I can't taste it at all. No grittines or foul aftertaste. Works gently and quickly. Helps give me a normal life. It's a great product that I trust in highly. Again not sure why people have such negative reviews but people love to gripe about anything anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had constant bowels movements, maybe once or twice a month. I tried the Miralax for 3 days and it seemed to clear my system. I experienced moderate to severe nausea, especially the day(s) following medication use. I am going to see what happens after being off of it for a few days, may have to use again. Just wish when it was mixed it didn't have the gritty texture to swallow.
