The MiraLax is gentle and effective in helping with my occasional irregularity. Being a female with clean eating sometimes I have a problem with my bowel being sluggish. I can take the MiraLax and know that it will work and I will not have to make a mad dash to the restroom. It softens the stool and helps things ease along as they should. I would recommend to anyone looking for gentle help.

This isn’t something I recommend taking every day. It’s not something I personally use but I am a nurse and give this to patients often. It works eventually but not for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love miralax, i didn’t know they came in travel packs until influenster sent them to me, but i’ve always bought the bottle. so super hype it comes in travel packets so i can take them with me when i travel because that’s typically when i’m irregular. these are great because it takes for it to work, i take it at night and the in the morning i’ll be able to use it. it isn’t explosive, it’s just like a regular day. and the best part of all, it tastes like nothing. i’ve put it in tea, juice, and pop and can’t taste it in either. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been using Miralax for a couple years when needed. For me it is quick and effective. I only mix a little in some water. It is tasteless so you can mix it with anything. It is very gentle with no cramping and works well with no after taste. I will continue using.

Miralax is so much easier on the stomach and is also easily taken. Just mix a capful into your morning juice or whatever you drink, stir, and drink up. It has absolutely no taste whatsoever and works like a charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that the powder is flavorless and it isn't gritty. You can mix it in any liquid. It is for occasional constipation, not for immediately relief as it can take 1 to 3 days to take effect.
