My kids love tea, I buy decaf for them but I need some caffeine so I get a nice black tea for myself I also boil water and add the 2 tea bags some cinnamon sticks And 🍋 , let it cool off and put some ice delicious ice tea I recommend it, you ll love it .

I brew this tea 2 gallons at a time using the 1 quart envelopes of tea, serve it over ice, and go to it throughout the day during summer months. It would be nice if there was a string attached to those quart bags, but having to fish out the bag with a set of tongs doesn't deter me in the slightest. The Cold Brew tea is good, but the Hot Brew tea works up just as well when I'm making Sun Tea.

I have switched to a different tea because of the flavor (or lack of) and the change in packaging. I used to use Lipton for hot and cold tea however I have switched to two other brands one for hot and another for cold. I had used Lipton my whole life so I am saddened to have had to switch away due to whomever thought changing quality on both issues was a good idea.

Lipton is putting less T per bag and it’s 100 count box. I contacted the company and they danced around my question and I finally wrote and said either yes or no to my question and if the answer is yes you’re putting less Tea per bag in that box count don’t bother to write back and they didn’t.

Our houses go to hot tea for when you have a cold or for when you need something warm to consume and warm you up from the inside. I would make the boxes inside better to be sealed up as right now when you open it it gets opened to the air and dries out rather quickly

I love drinking tea as I recently gave up soda. I always make a pitcher of tea with the pitcher on a sunny windowsill with four regular teabags or one family size teabag. I have tried tea from other countries when I was in Europe, and I always think Lipton is the best!

I absolutely recline do anyone to try this tea. I’ve tried other brands but they are not the same. In tea made with these bags is so thirst and soul quenching. Hot Arizona days are no match for this classic favorite. My children are following in my footsteps: strong and unsweetened.

I've been a Lipton tea drinker for more than 20 years. A change in the packaging doesn't bother me, I actually love the new tags...but the TASTE! What changed? It has a different flavor and is very weak. I'm so disappointed. Please go back to the original !

I like plain lipton black tea because you can doctor it up anyway you like.  I usually add a real slice of lemon to my tea for taste.  If I want to get adventurous, I would add add some dark liquor to it. Black tea contains a lot of antioxidants and starting off with a cup without flavor added allows you to be creative and make your own cocktail.   

My husband and I have loved Lipton Tea for 46 years and I've bought a 100 bag box of regular black tea every 2 weeks for our entire married life. Just purchased one with the new packaging. You have made a serious mistake! I will no longer buy your tea because the bags are no longer individually wrapped. I'm sure you've saved money on packaging, but at what cost? If you wanted to save money, keep the tea bags the same and maybe put fewer in the box. You are certain to lose many other consumers. After reading some of the reviews, you've obviously changed the amount and quality of tea in the individual bags. Can't wait to try it and be further disappointed (sarcasm). Judging from the many comments here, you've made the same mistake as Coke did years ago when it reinvented itself with "New Coke". They shot themselves in the foot and lost many, many regular customers. I'm sure you're aware of the phrase "If it ain't broke - don't fix it". I'll be in the market for a new tea, and it most certainly will NOT be Lipton!
