When we think of tea I'd be willing to guess that the majority of us immediately think to Liptons black tea (or Kermit the Frog for that matter). It doesn't try to be flashy and it doesn't need to be. Sometimes a good old fashioned cup of Liptons Black Tea is all you need. As they say nothing beats the original!

When you live in the south, who don't like a glass of good ol sweet tea! This is by far the best tea on the shelf. I buy the 1 gallon size tea bags. My husband and I drink this on a daily basis. I don't think any other brand will ever defeat this. Best tea ever.

Classic tea. I drink unsweetened and the husband drinks SWEET tea, I use this to for both! We always have a big pitcher of tea in the fridge. We are a tea drinking family! And it’s perfect to have when guests come by. Add a lemon and your good to go!

I grew up on drinking southern sweet tea made by my mom using Lipton. It's just as great now as it was 20 years ago. I throw a few bags in a pitcher, let it seep and get to enjoy some refreshing sweet tea. I also grew up having my cuppa too. And my English grandmother approves.

Being from South Alabama, knowing how to make and serve the perfect glass of sweet tea, is a must! Lipton tea always insures that my southern sweet tea is the best. I've used Lipton for nearly 15 years and would not want any other brand of tea. I recommend Lipton tea to all my friends and family.

My go to brand. Lipton is an affordable quality brand that I trust to make great tasting home made sweet tea for myself and my family. I experienced my fair share of issues with other brands in the past but with Lipton I have zero quality issues. I never experience bursting bags or any of those annoying nasty black floaties staring at me from the bottom of my glass. I trust in the Lipton brand to make my tea 100%!!!

I have tried without success to get accustomed to your new packaging. My grandmother was not brand-conscious about many foot items. However, her tea had to be Lipton Tea. She passed that tradition to her grandchildren, many of whom today are grandparents themselves, and continued to purchase Lipton individually wrapped teabags. The change you have made to your packaging and tea disrupt the connection your lifelong customers have long enjoyed. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one disappointed the recent changes. Please consider our voices and switch back, or at the very least explain why you felt the change was necessary.

Have been drinking 6+ cups of Lipton each day for 20+ years....I have even special ordered it on cruises and special dinners. Drink it all day.....hot and iced. However, I will not be buying it much longer since I have to open dozens of tea bags at once! And I cannot easily take it with me when I travel....not without another ziploc bag. And where did the rich, full flavor go? I am currently taste-testing other teas. As soon as I find one I like, I'm done with Lipton.

Your tea bags were individually wrapped for years, but no longer. Certainly, the new bags will not keep fresh as long, even if stored well, and the tea dust goes everywhere. I can't imagine the few pennies you're saving is worth the amount of displeasure this change is causing those like myself, who appreciated the old packaging.

I have drinking Lipton tea on and off my whole life. While it is always darned good, especially with milk and sugar, I noticed that it is not as strong as it once was. I don't know when or why ingredients are replaces or even omitted, but it is not the same tea. This is very sad. :( British tea is so easily available in America, Lipton, I hope will really bring back/improve upon their new recipe. It is, again, sad. This tea is such a part of America, it would be a shame to lose it. Bring back the original recipe, or if it has been enhanced, please improve upon it. Thank you.
