I have been drinking Lipton tea over 40 years. What ever happened to the tea bags being individually packed? I can't take them with me, in my purse anymore. I am afraid that if I do that, the bags will rip, and I have tea all over the place. I enjoy the tea, but now it is becoming hard to find the right box of Lipton. The grocery stores don't carry them. All they have is the new packaging that your company has come up with. I see a lot of other people are dissatisfied with the product due to packaging. Sometimes a new way of doing things is not a better product. I am sure that your sales are declining because of this. Simply said,,,don't fix something if it ain't broke.

The go to "american way of life" tea. It's been a family tradition since I can remember. Tastes like a cup of comfort whether it's lipton hot tea or cold brew. My kids now even purchase lipton.. generations of good taste! I am 55 and have been drinking unsweetened iced tea made with Lipton individual bags for over 50 years! My husband has joked that the Lipton truck backs up to our house weekly-I drink at least 12 glasses daily beginning when I first get up in the morning and ending at dinner. It is with extreme disappointment that I will be looking for a new black tea brand. The new packaging is awful. I love the convenience of the classically packaged tea bags, and I detest the new foil sleeves! The perfect iced tea taste has disappeared. I want my classic Lipton Tea back!!!

As always, your tea has a great flavor profile and is a good value. I, for one, love the new packaging. Before, I used to tuck the box into a large resealable bag in order to keep the product fresh after I opened it. Now, I don't have to, and the 25 bags fit perfectly in the decorative tin I keep on my counter. I always carried tea bags in the old packaging in a reusable Ziploc bag anyway in my lunch bag for sanitary purposes, so getting rid of the individual paper wrap is more environmentally sound. Good job!

What happened? No really what happened? Who changed it, why? I am a life long lipton tea drinker, drinking tea has such special memories for me of the family time spent together having a good cup of lipton whether in person or on the phone. This is not lipton tea plain and simple. The smell when you open the package, the taste, the after taste this is not lipton tea. Completely disappointed. So again I ask you what happened? Why change an icon, why?

I grew up drinking this. My mom loves this and I love this. This will always be something I drink and a staple in my morning/night routine. It just taste super good with milk, with honey, with nothing the flavor is just there. Such an excellent taste for the price and it comes with so many tea bags

I purchased the 100 count of black tea bags today and was dismayed that Lipton decided to cut its cost by no longer providing packaging for individual tea bags so that Lipton tea bags are now just like the cheaper generic store brands. It says on the inside of the box that the four foil packages are supposed to keep the tea fresher. However, you have to rip the foil bag to open and then you're left with 25 exposed tea bags. I am assuming that hotels and restaurants will no longer use Lipton individual tea bags because who in the world wants a tea bag that many people could have handled before you get it for your cup of hot tea. I will no longer purchase this product.

I stop drinking cause I noticed something going on with my body . So I drink this tea now with every meal I have and breakfast aswell . Boil water a bag in a mug fill it up with hot water and cane sugar and 2tps of milk . It is so delicious this is my only favorite tea 😋😋

I have been a Lipton lover for many, many years. However, I thought there was, perhaps, a lot of wasted packaging with each bag being wrapped. I love the new package- keeps each group of bags fresh; easy to open; no extra paper waste for each bag. Of course, the great Lipton taste has NOT been altered by this update! Love you, Lipton!!!!
