I kept hoping the new packaging was some special promotion. It appears that it is not the case. For many years I have kept the envelope wrapped tea bags in my desk at the office, confident that they were staying clean. Also carried them in my purse. That option is not available now. Please bring back the original packaging. Otherwise, there's no reason to choose Lipton every time. I'll just pick whatever brand is on sale.

The most simple tea to make a good cup of tea.  It doesn't leave a bitter taste in your mouth.  It's great hot or cold.  My favorite part is opening the package and the smell that hits you.  The bags stay fresh a long time if you keep them in the freezer.

I was just trying to write limit a comment about my dissatifaction with they black tea which I have love for a very long time and the minute I tried their new tea in the more closable box which wasn''t necessary i immediately noticed its much weaker flavor and I am not happy with it. I could not send them my comment as don't have the manufacturer's code, etc. that they require to correspond with them but definitely will take the time to write all this out to them again as now very dissatisified with their black tea now.

I am hoping that if Lipton changes packaging back to individually wrapped tea bags the old flavor will come back. I can only assume that the tea is losing its flavor because of new packaging. Whatever it is, the new flavor is weak and I am looking to change brands.

I am a long time consumer of Lipton Tea. I usually drink several glasses of tea a day and I still love your product. However, I really dislike your new packaging. I miss the individually wrapped tea bags. They were easier to store and keep fresh. The new foil wrapped packaging is messy and once the package is opened, I feel you lose some of the freshness of the product.

I love Lipton tea, I have been drinking it since I was a toddler. On average now days between my husband and I we drink almost two gallons a day, there is always a pitcher of sweet tea in the frig, morning, noon, and night. With as much as we drink we go through A LOT of tea bags. I have a canister sitting by my coffee pot/tea pot from which I make the tea. But with the new packaging not having the individual wrappers, it makes it very inconvenient when I go to grab them to take them to work. Now I have to put them in a plastic bag and tote that around. At least with your paper wrappers around the tea bags I could throw them into the compost pile with the used tea bags. Instead of wasting plastic bags just to carry around my tea bags. Hopefully in the future Lipton will go back to using the individually wrapped tea bags. I would hate to have to start trying to find a new brand of tea to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stay fresh wrapping is a great idea! But, I would have strongly preferred the bags be individually wrapped inside the stay fresh foil wrap. I always transfer my tea bags into an air-tight plastic container, but it doesn't hold an entire 100 ct box. So, the foil wrap kept the bags from getting stale while waiting for me to use enough to put the rest into the container. But, yes, I would have liked them individually wrapped inside the foil pack. I did notice the iced tea tasted a little different. Not sure why...it was almost a bitter taste (like when I've tried cheaper bags in the past and the bags were lower quality, making it possible for the leaves to accumulate in the bottom of the pitcher.

I have been an adoring die-hard Lipton black tea fan since I was a small child. Nothing feels like comfort and home more that a wonderful cup of hot black Lipton tea with milk and sugar. My husband mastered my beloved tea, as have my children. Tea is integral part of our lives. A few months ago, I noticed my tea tasted weaker. I scolded the children that you must let it steep, giving lovely time for my tea to become a thing of beauty. They dutifully tried to comply... but we soon realized, it was not an error on my children's part, or my husband... or mine. My beloved tea has changed. The flavor is no longer robust, but weak and watery. It takes 3 or 4 teabags to brew what normally would have taken one! I have not run into the new foil packaging as I purchase our tea from Sams club, so I know it isn't the packaging. You have changed our tea. I am very saddened by this. After so many years as a die hard Lipton drinker, I must say goodbye. You've left me, and my heart is broken. Now to search again for a beloved cup of comfort and home...

Lipton Black Tea! It's always been a staple in my cupboard, and my mama always made sweet tea from it. The taste is awesome, and so refreshing when cold. I think it tastes better than any other black tea, and it comes at a great price. I do recommend this tea to others.

After suffering through a box of Tetley tea bags I bought a box of 100 Lipton tea bags. so looked forward to that familiar hot cup of tea. I was surprised to find tea bags in a sleeve rather than individually wrapped. It usually would fill a container in my cabinet with the ind. wrapped bags but now I need to put them in a ziplock bag . why change something that was so convenient and more sanitary? Now about the taste, Lipton tea used to be a delicious clean tasting cup of tea that you could brew strong (that's how I like tea). These new tea bags must have a different tea in them, you can leave the tea bag in there all day and not get the result you want. I'm so disappointed, please bring back the tea we all enjoyed! As others have said, I'm going to have to look for another tea that satisfies...
