I have switched to a different tea because of the flavor (or lack of) and the change in packaging. I used to use Lipton for hot and cold tea however I have switched to two other brands one for hot and another for cold. I had used Lipton my whole life so I am saddened to have had to switch away due to whomever thought changing quality on both issues was a good idea.

One of the reasons I purchased Lipton Tea for over 40 years has been the packaging. I can take indivdual tea bags neatly wrapped with me in my purse, have them in my desk at work, hand them out to my coworkers in their hour of need. No longer. I might as well buy the no-name brand.

I don't know what all the fuss is about the envelope I like the fact that they are in a sleeve and that I am not throwing away an extra piece of paper. (Save a tree). The tea tastes the same and I also have been drinking Lipton for at least 45 years. Don't go back to the old way, this makes more sense.

This is the Only Tea that I use for Home it's Great and yes I would recommend it it's Affordable for the Amount of Tea bags that come in the box... There is no need to improve it yes it meet my expectations yes I do recommend it to others all the time cause it's CHEAPER than getting the other Tea 

This tea is super nostalgic for me. This was my grandmother's favorite tea and I have drank many gallons with her over the years. I like my tea strong, and this product does just that without having to use a ton of bags. I drink this tea with my kids now and can't wait to drink it with their kids, as well.

I am 69 years of age and have been drinking Lipton Tea since I was old enough to drink tea. My dear mother drank nothing but Lipton Tea her entire life. It is a full bodied rich tea. There are so many brands of teas and tea companies but nothing could make me change from my Lipton. Thank you for continuing to offer a wonderful tea through many, many decades.

I have used Lipton for years. About 4 months ago I tried the tea and the bags were some kind of mesh and the tea was not that great. Tried again with another small box tea bags were the old fashioned ones and the tea was great. So I purchased another larger box thinking it would be the same. Wrong, bags are different and the tea leaves something to be desired. I am very disappointed. and looking for a different tea. This last batch went in the trash. Sorry Lipton.

Very simple tea for everyday drinking and for moving around often. I drink it iced but my family drinks it hot and I find it good and gives the same impacted other way. Recommend if you like drinking tea and are always in the rush in morning due to the usefulness of the packets.

Old faithful. I love this tea hot or cold which I can't say that for all the other teas I have drank. I love to make sweet ice tea with lemon and when it's cold. Sugar and milk, sugar and honey or just honey some times lemon. I can't do that with any other tea.

Can you really rate a classic anything less than 5 stars? There will always be more interesting, elaborate teas out there, but when all I want is a plain black tea that I know will make me feel good, I always go for Lipton's Black Tea, and have since I was very little!
