I got a good laugh at some of the other reviews that were so upset by the new packaging. I've had no problems with it, I put a few tea bags in a little Tupperware perfectly sized and was not inconvenienced at all. They stayed fresh, and they stay fresh in the new packaging also. I love your tea!

I’ve enjoyed your tea for as long as I can remember. What stands out in taste at least for me is it has the tea flavor without the “tea bite,” found in so many others. The purchase of a big box of Lipton tea is the beginning of warm weather and it’s used up for sun tea. I drink your back and green tea, have instant green and black all in regular and decaf. In my opinion you offer a wonderful, enjoyable product and I’m a fan. Stay doing what you’re doing, there are people like me who enjoy your product. Tea is at 1600

When people say tea, people think Lipton, but not for long. After many years of excellence, the taste of Lipton tea has changed but definitely not for the better. Also where are the individual envelopes? This was great for on-the-go people like me. Please go back to your former recipe and packaging. Thank-you.

Have not been able to find the individual wrapped regular tea bags for quite some time and now finding out you have instead opted for the gold inter packaging. VERY UNHAPPY with your choice. The individually wrapped gave some security of others touching the tea bags, provided an easy pack/travel method and what I believe to be why my mother and now my generation continued purchasing your tea. If you are trying to save money on packaging, give up that gold wrapper that once opened is absolutely worthless and environmentally unfriendly. Lipton, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If your product made you famous and a marketing team told you the gold inner wrapper would be better, you need a new marketing team. Very sad because after 3 generations, I'm now looking for a new brand.

I drink green tea mostly and only a few times a week. Black tea is a luxury reserved for a difficult and long day when I need to be at my best. In both cases, Lipton has never disappointed. I even carry both in my purse in case restaurants or friends don't have exactly what I want.

Disappointed with the changes made to Lipton tea. The leaves seem to be ground finer and there's less per bag making a less tasty cup of tea. I will be changing brands after close to 45 years of drinking Lipton. Sad day. I think they are spending all their money on packaging and not product.

This tea is a must have for me. I have been drinking this tea twice a day with a little cow's milk and sugar for over 10 years. I love the flavor of this Lipton black tea because it is not as strong or overpowering as other brands I have tried. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Every shopping trip has the go to basics and this is one of them. Growing up this was my families go to tea. We usually boil a big pot. Once it cools down we add a little sugar and ice to have the perfect ice tea. I prefer to go with the unsweetened tea because I think the natural flavor of Lipton’s black tea is so good. I would definitely recommend it.

I would really like to know why you would ruin such a good thing Lipton has always been the best now it is the worst. You did away with the single wrapped bags which was great, NOT now, now they are messy. then I don't know what you did to the tea but awful taste it use to be black now it is like a lite red color WHY on earth would you change this?? WHY! WHY! WHY!

This is my favorite kind of tea. big glass of sweet tea. During the winter time instead of a pot of coffee I make me a pot of hot tea and sit there and drink on it all morning. I don't think you could change my mind on this tea and I will buy every single time
