Bring back the classic Lipton

Bring back the old packaging and tea bag! Just like coke got rid of the "new coke" due to disappointment by consumers, I am hoping Lipton gets rid of this new packaging, too. Based on the primarily negative feedback posted I'd say most consumers are hoping the classic Lipton teabag and packaging are brought back, too. I was brought up drinking Lipton, and after buying it for over twenty years I am going to switch to another brand. I find a lot of tea "dust" now that the packaging and tea bag design changed.

Just your average tea. Nothing fancy, no bells and whistles, just tea. I don't usually drink tea everyday, mostly when I'm sick. But during the winter months I do drink tea more often and this is my go to.  I am more of a plain tea person nothing too flavorful and this is a favorite.

I think my family has used the black teabags a lot before and we always drank it for supper and it was good. It’s especially good if you add just the right amount of sugar and it’s pretty affordable. I like tea and have drank it forever. I would highly recommend this.

nobody likes change

Drinking Lipton tea dates back several generations in my family. I never felt the paper was for freshness but for sanitary reasons. I must admit my first new foil box I was not excited. I am glad to know that you still offer the paper wrapped bags for food service and club packaging. I know store shelf space comes at a premium and production/inventory costs are a factor but why not offer carry pack packaging in additIon to the bulk packaging? I have always looked at Lipton as a mass market tea, so if you keep the taste great with pricing to match most will be loyal to Lipton.

Still Good, But Something Changed

I have drinking Lipton tea on and off my whole life. While it is always darned good, especially with milk and sugar, I noticed that it is not as strong as it once was. I don't know when or why ingredients are replaces or even omitted, but it is not the same tea. This is very sad. :( British tea is so easily available in America, Lipton, I hope will really bring back/improve upon their new recipe. It is, again, sad. This tea is such a part of America, it would be a shame to lose it. Bring back the original recipe, or if it has been enhanced, please improve upon it. Thank you.

Lipton tea bag

From a 10 I gave you guys a one. Your New packaging stinks. I like to keep Lipton teabags in my purse so whenever I feel I want a cup of tea,it’s there cause  I carry it on me. Not anymore ever since you stopped putting it in its personal little envelope. It breaks apart in my purse even when I put it in a Ziploc bag it is not the same. If you guys don’t change back I will go to a different brand and I drink at least 3 cups of tea a day and so does my family. I usually do not write reviews. But I need to bring this to your attention probably many others feel the same way. Stop going cheap and go back to the original packaging!

It's an everyday staple in my life. I drink this tea on a daily basis and sometimes I even drink it instead of coffee. I use two tea bags and just leave them in for a stronger taste. It has Caffene that helps me stay awake and you can add lemon and honey to help sooth a sore throat. This tea has so many purposes it's worth buying. You can drink it and use the bags for you eye bags.. Lol Yes the bags can help with your undereyes.. Just place in the freezer for about an hour and than apply to your under eye. :)

Best tea I've had and I drink 5 glasses at least a

I have used Lipton tea for years. Let me just say our local store ran out and I had to use another brand, it wasn't tea, not anything close to what Lipton offers. You can drink a homemade glass of Iced tea that you brewed on those hot summer days. I prefere mine on the sweeter side with lemon. Now on those colder days I make it a tad stronger and yep still sweet but warm in a mug cuddled up.

Where are the individually wrapped bags??!!

Sooo furious and disappointed with my purchase. I've been a Lipton tea drinker for over 20 years and discovered my latest purchase of 100 tea bags no longer contains the individually wrapped bags. Now they are in some gimmicky foil wrapper around 25 tea bags and when you open it, the bags are not individually covered anymore! Now I can't put them in my tea/coffee canister. No reason to stick with Lipton anymore. Was nice while it lasted, but no more! Even my 2 sons in their 20s are disappointed.
