So I went to my store to pick up Lipton tea and too my surprise you changed the way you package the tea. I thought this may be good. Until I went home to make tea. There is aftertaste that is there. I thought maybe just my taste buds. This morning I had another cup and the aftertaste was still there. I hope you only did this packaging for 100 and do not plan to do this to all your tea products. I will try one more time to make ice tea like I have always done. If it turns it out well. I will upgrade my overall rating but. It may be sad that I may not be using your Lipton tea anymore. all because of packing change that has changed the taste of tea.

I have been a very Loyal, & Long time drinker of Lipton Black Tea....But with the new packaging changes, came a newer weaker, watered down tasting Lipton Black Tea. I like a full, robust, strong tasting tea, which Lipton used to be, but not anymore. Now I have to use 3 tea bags for taste, and it still taste "watered down?!" I don't know what you did to this product, but you need to change it back to the original formula, or I might have to move on to something else on the market... I have no problem with the new packaging, it is the new watered down taste that is a "major issue" for me.

I have stopped buying Lipton black tea. The tea is not the same taste, quality or strength as it used to be. When traveling and Lipton is the only choice, I sometimes forget that it's not what I use at home anymore but then am again reminded that it now has that same flat displeasing flavor, no matter in which part of the country and different water it is steeped in.

It's an absolute shame so many people are using the review system to rate the new packaging. I'm not a fan of it either, but please, just contact customer service, or send remarks via the contact page! You're driving down the ratings for an absolutely wonderful, traditional, enduring product! Lipton, please rethink the new packaging, but never stop making this delicious tea I've been drinking literally all my life. I can remember being given a very lightly sweetened cup of hot Lipton tea to relieve tummy aches, and being from Alabama, of course I grew up drinking good ol' Southern sweet tea. I've tried Red Diamond, Luzianne, store brands - none compare to Lipton.

This is my go to tea. My grandmother got me into drinking tea when I was younger and this is the tea she used. I make it with milk and sugar and it just makes me so nostalgic and happy. It’s a basic black tea. It tastes good when brewed. If you forget it in the back of a drawer it still tastes fine two years later

When I have nothing else to drink I go for this tea. I sometimes add a bit of brandy to it, sugar, honey and lemon juice. Everytime I have a sore throat or stuffy nose I make this tea and it helps me sleep. It tastes strong enough and is not watery like some teas.

I love the smell of this product. The teabags are cleaner than the pre-made bottles of you guys wanna be healthier. It’s better to brew your own tea at home, it’s cheaper too. I think the powdered packets are worse for you too. Doesn’t matter though buy what you like. My favorites are the black tea bag flavors. My family makes a batch of iced sweet tea everyday

I love Lipton tea (hot or cold). The individual wrapped package was a great way for carrying, parties, work, or any where you wish to bring it. Not to mention, germs and other hands touching the tea bag. Otherwise, the tea is still Lipton taste and that is what is important to me.

I have been drinking Lipton's Tea for since I can remember (approximately 1961). It was the only tea in my house growing up. I have tried other brands but I always come back. Black Tea is what I drink the most of, no sugar no lemon hot or iced just Tea love the flavor. Just wish you would make plain unsweetened no lemon just black in the packets to add to bottles of water.
