I personally think that the taste and strength of the tea is very different in the new foil wrapped boxes. I am switching to a different brand for caffeinated tea. I still purchase the decaffeinated tea as it is still packaged individually and the taste has not changed.

I love unsweetened iced tea. Lipton makes the best in my opinion. I make it by the gallons with some lemon. The flavor is bold and so refreshing! I used to be big on the great value brand just to save some pennies. after trying Lipton's, it's definitely worth spending the extra pennies.

We drink Lipton Black Tea at out house a lot.  Usually a couple times a day.  It is so easy to make in a cup of water in the microwave or on the stove.  We also love drinking ice tea made out of it.  Would recommend this product and would certainly buy it again

I have heard from tea connoisseurs that the Lipton brand is not high quality, but for me, I'm not picky and it all tastes fine. I had a friend who preferred this and went through boxes of the stuff. I think it's a personal preference, or maybe what you grew up drinking. I have some of this tea stashed in my house for winter, which is for me tea drinking season. It's hard to beat the price if you're not a gourmand. It's fine.

This is our go to for tea at home for just normal black tea. We go through a box about a week especially in the summer. Probably because we make 2 separate gallons at a time. Hubby and son like sweet tea and I like unsweetened. It has a good flavor and never let's us down.

a good basic tea nothing too special about it it’s a good value for a fair price ive purchased multiple times i enjoy the flavor i usuallly just add sugar as a sweetener i would definitely recommend this to people like me who aren’t too specific with the type of tea they drink

I really like the new packaging. I, personally, haven't noticed any change in quality or taste - my favorite tea for many years. I use 4 to 10 tea bags a day - so my opened envelope/tray of tea bags doesn't really have a chance to go stale. I love the new way of stapling the strings - much improved over the older method.

For over 40 years, I have used Lipton tea bags. I drank it as a child and now as an adult. The new packaging is a disappointment. It is harder to drain the tea bag without burning your fingers. The previous packaging allowed you to do that. The tea bag envelope made it portable and convenient. I have great childhood memories of sharing tea with parents and sisters using the envelope packs. Please consider going back to the old packaging. It made your teabags stand out from the rest. Now, your teabags can be confused with other brands.

The new naked teabags are too embarrassing to share. I have a custom-made teabag dispenser, but the unwrapped bags 1) rip 2) leak and 3) do not stay fresh. I have tea canisters, but the foil-wrapped sections are too large. Without the foil, the teabags are naked, leaky and unfresh, and they cannot be kept clean without the use of my own foil or plastic. This new packaging hurts the environment.
