Please bring back the individually wrapped packs! I agree with the other comments, this is a hygene issue if you have guests. I wonder if this new packaging is more expensive? I have a feeling it is, because the price went up a bit too. I love Lipton tea and I've used it almost all of my life as did my parents. It's a terrific product, just please cut back on the foil and go back to the cellophane and paper. I give it 4 stars because of the packaging!

I like the packaging because the bright yellow makes me feel happy and positive. This product is nostalgic for me because it reminds me of my childhood. My family has always been obsessed with sweet tea and this is the original brand we always used to make it. I like the pitcher of tea on the box. We drink it out of a big plastic jug though. This tea smells good when you brew it and it's really strong if you boil it as long as I do. Perfectly complements the large amount of sugar that I add to my sweet tea.

This is the first time I purchased Lipton black tea with the "new" packaging. It is an awful way to package this product. I will make sure I do not purchase tea bags packaged the way you have decided this great product. It cheapens the idea that individually wrapped tea is no longer a positive feature. You are 100% wrong. And I love Lipton tea!! This has completely turned me off.

I don't like the foil package tea bags at all. The unwrapped tea bags are unsanitary and messy. The fine particles of tea sift out of the tea bags all over the tray. If you put tea bags in another container or take some to the office in a plastic bag, the fine tea gets all over the container or bag. Before, the fine tea was captured by the wrapper and discarded. There are no advantages to the foil packaging - after you open a tray, the tea bags quickly become stale. They stayed fresher when they were individually wrapped. This concept should have been tested by long-time, loyal Lipton tea users - we would have told you it was a dumb idea!

I am very unhappy with Lipton tea. I normally use 1 family size tea bag per gallon of tea. My tea is turning out very bland and weak tasting compared to how it used to be. The quality and flavor has changed and not for the better. I thought it was just me but my whole family has noticed a difference. I've only used Lipton brand for the last 30 years until now. I'm sorry to say that today I purchased another brand.

I use this when I want a good warm cup of tea in the winter to warm me up and to make sun tea when I get a hankering for it. It's a simple and easy process. Heat your water, place your yea bag in cup and pour hot water over. Lipton is my go to brand. It has a great taste.

Always keep a box of Lipton tea in my Cabinet. It's the tried and true for my home. I have a lot of varieties in my Cabinet and I will always come back to lipton for my black tea. It tastes great, has a balanced flavor, and has a naturally smooth taste that I have known and loved my whole life

This is my all time favorite black tea. I’m a bit of a tea snob and love trying different kinds and drinking it both hot and iced. However when it comes to black tea this is still my preferred one even over all different varieties of both loose leafed and bagged, expensive and cheap, I still go back to Lipton as the best one

I do not like the new package I also miss the bags being wrapped indivsually Please listen to your customers seems like there are a lot of compilations about this new package I also think that the taste has changed for the worse miss my old Lipton tea
