I grew up on Lipton and have continued to buy it through my adult life. I always know that by buying Lipton tea I am getting quality tea. I take it in my purse all the time. Even with the paper packaging in the past I used a zip lock snack bag to carry them. I do agree with many of the comments tho that a carrier should be made to hold your tea bags.

I have been drinking your tea for years and for the past year the tea bags leak. If I wanted to drink loose tea I would and I do, but when I use a tea bag I expect to have no leaves in my tea. Start doing a better job on the bags or get out of the business of using bags.

Classic all purpose black tea that I grew up with and I keep a huge box in my pantry for cool glasses of iced sweet tea in the summer and hot cups of warm tea with a touch of lemon and honey on cool fall/winter evenings, when you’re feeling under the weather, or just need help getting to bed.

I've bought your tea bags for over 40 years. That ended since you decided to no longer individually wrap your tea bags. Now I have to put them in a tin to keep them fresh, and frankly, what's the point? I can do that with loose tea. Lost the convenience, and now you've lost a customer for life.

This is how my mom has made iced tea since I was born and Im keeping it going. This is the only tea for a pitcher of sweet tea. I always have this in the house. It's affordable and amazing at the same time. I wish the bags were bigger. I use three for a pitcher a tea.

This is my favorite tea out of all the teas I've tried. I tried harny and sons, I've tried Ahmad. Those are high end teas. I've also tried equal exchange black. Somehow Lipton beat them out. By the way the bags they don't leak. I don't know what method someone is using that the bags would break but. if you're just using a traditional normal way of brewing you shouldn't have any bag breakages.

I really love this tea! I've gone astray and tried other teas, but I keep coming back to my favorite: there's no other tea as good, and that's just the way it is! It's more than a beverage to me, it's a connection with friends, family and fun, now and over the years!

Tiny grainy pellets in my tea, due to the tea bags falling apart before it brews, give me an icky feeling. In the past the bags contained tea leaves. They did not break open and you could reuse the bag. Now bags break on the first brew and those beady things in it are awful in the mouth. I don’t like thinking of insect droppings while I am drinking tea. So fix the bags and quit using the beady grainy stuff in lieu of tea leaves.

Where is the non black tea gone. First you change the packaging not all I can find is black tea, yuck. I don’t know what you people are thinking at Lipton, but us true tea drinkers want our regular Lipton back in single wrapped tea packed. Now all I find in store is black tea that looks like it is wrapped in single tea packs. I think I have to find a new brand cause all I buy from you is little boxes from this store and that store and am paying more.

I'm a tea drinker, but when I drink Lipton Black Tea, I don't feel wooow. I think this tea is good but not really for me. I like bitter tea but I don't like the bitter taste of this tea. Note that when using tea, you should brew it very diluted otherwise you will feel a little uncomfortable
