I can deal with the new packaging, though I don't like it, it's the taste that's gone. Tea is so weak, you need two bags to make one cup. Been using Lipton for 40 years, after this box is done, which will be soon, using 2 bags a cup, I'll be looking for a new brand. So sad.

I've been drinking Lipton tea for about 20 years, and the robust flavor has gone away. The latest move with the foil packs seems to distract from what appear to be smaller individual tea bags. For strong tea I usually steep mine for about 25 minutes, but now I can't get a robust cup without using 2 tea bags. I guess they didn't think we would notice the lower quality and/or the reduced amount of tea in each bag. Sooooo, in an effort to increase profits, they lose their loyal customers. Sad.

Lipton Black Teas has a smooth flavor. It definitely will satisfy your tastes buds. Great Aroma. Tastes great severed hot or cold. Simple brewing process. Great packaging value for your money. Heart healthy. I give this product a Five Star Rating . I drink this tea often.

I really like the smell of Lipton Black Tea Bags 100Ct while it's brewing and the flavor isn't bitter or to hold. E haven't found anything we would change about Lipton black tea. We have been repeat customers for years. You can't go wrong with a glass of lipton brewed sweet iced tea.

I noticed some folks aren't pleased with the new packaging. I store my Lipton tea in an old oatmeal canister with a top that seals and works quite well. Perhaps Lipton could offer a sort of collectible canister to store the teabags and or a little sleeve for those that like to take teabags to work with them.

a sleeve of tea bags in a supposed "keep em fresh" wrapper makes your product non user friendly. they are pain to store & do not travel well. furthermore, unless you are super careful opening the package...it tends to tear length wise and make it impossible to seal back up. this results in what they were trying to prevent...STALE TEA!!! Put them back in the individual envelopes!

Opened new box today to find 4 sealed packs of loose tea bags. Ugh! Burnt my finger trying to squeeze bag! And very annoyed trying to find something to store these tea bags in. Been using Lipton forever but will not buy another box if wrapped this way! Foil wrap isn't even resealable. Hope they didn't pay someone for this awful idea!

I just wanted to let you know how much I really hate the new packaging for the 100 bag pack of Lipton tea. I really enjoyed the individualized packages of tea. It is very tacky (and not to mention unsanitary) to leave a carton of tea that is not individually wrapped in our break room at work. Seems no one wants tea from an open package. Also very tacky to serve an opened tea bag to guests at home. I hope you will reconsider and go back to the old way of packaging your tea, that's what your loyal users are use to. Looks like the bags are smaller but I compared them to an older bag I had and it seems to be the same size. I also have not noticed a difference in the taste...just the packaging.

I am glad that I am not the only one who thinks that both the packaging and flavor of your latest change is unsanitary and that the tea now has a very bland and almost nonexistent flavor. You have left me no other choice but to seek an alternative brand.
