I loved the previous individual packages and like many others the ease of taking them other places. I have adapted to the new packaging and put my tea bags in a zip lock bag for taking other places. Would love the idea of a reusable Lipton holder for carrying tea bags included with purchase of small amount tea bags. I will help save the trees.

Lipton black tea bags are a staple in my family.  We always grab these for cool mornings to start our day.  The price is always affordable and we love the taste.  I will definitely buy again as we love Lipton quality. This is a favorite in our house.  

I'm so disappointed in the new foil packaging. I've been drinking Lipton tea for over 60 years. I loved the convenience of the single wrapped tea bags. I always have some in my purse and take them with me when I travel. Like others I keep my tea in a container on the counter, the individually wrapped bags were always fresh and sanitary. After reading the reviews I agree the taste and color of the brewed tea is weaker. Please listen to your customers and return to the individual wrapped bags and bring back the wonderful flavor of my favorite tea.

Was so delighted when one of the grocery stores had boxes of the individually wrapped tea bags!! Shudda bought two. They must have been the last of the classics in the warehouse. The next time I was buying a box of the 100s, all that was available was the plastic wrapped. Such a hassle! Before, I could use the bag wrapper to quickly push through the tea cup handle to anchor the tea bag. And I didn't have to wrestle with a plastic wrapper to get at them. That has definitely gotten old. Besides, we won't be able to offer the unwrapped teabags at any of the functions and meetings I attend. Teabags HAVE to be individually wrapped in order to display them on the beverage tables - health code. (I drink the tea throughout the day - that option wasn't available on your survey.)

Lipton tea has the same great taste! I commend you for utilizing the color gold for the foil packaging. It looks almost regal in the box, but I buy Lipton tea for the great taste, not the packaging. It inspires confidence that while Lipton tea bag packaging has changed, the taste has remained the same.

The taste is not the same. I began to wonder if I mistakingly bought black tea instead of Orange Pekoe. I cautioned my daughter to pay attention and be sure her box read orange pekoe. She showed me its written in the ingredients. I read all the reviews. Others are saying the same thing I've been thinking. The flavor is different. Please bring the individual wrapped tea bags back!!! I buy Stash tea also. It's individually wrapped. Come on Lipton. I'm a lifer. Fix this please.

4 stars only because it is not very concentrated in flavor. It's easy packaging and easy to use - not rocket science, ha! I would just make the flavor more concentrated and stronger. It's affordable tea and you know what you're getting so I always keep a packet in my pantry. Overall, would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the new packaging. I never had any issues with freshness so I don't know why the packaging had to change. The new packaging makes it hard to carry tea bags with you. The taste is still great though so I won't change to a new brand.

One of my go tos for a hot tea, the packaging is good, the bags don't fall apart and the flavor is just what you want just add alittle sugar and milk and enjoy! Definitely a better quality product compared to some others in taste and durability of the bags.

Some people say Tea is Tea to me. T only comes in one brand and that’s Lipton. The packaging is cute. I love the gold rappers. The aroma that comes out of the box is just amazing and he can smell it all through my house and it is a great value for your money and I would definitely recommend this to the next person, and I’d also buy it again, thank you
