I have drank Lipton tea my entire life! When this new packaging came out, my family didn't think much of it and kept buying. HOWEVER, we are considering switching to a new brand because out of every gallon of tea we make, we have to throw away the last quart due to the "floaties" as we call them dominating our glass. It's like drinking a glass full of coffee grounds! And the taste is just somehow different, and not in such a good way! I'm not sure what made the change, or after so many one star reviews you as a company wouldn't decide to change it back to the single serve packets but as a very dissatisfied customer, and from what it seems like well over 400 other customers, I would be going back to the drawing board. I know as one voice sometimes we are overlooked, but as a group we should be heard, so hear us! Please! And switch back to the way things were. If it's not broke, don't fix it!

BRING BACK THE ENVELOPE! WHY DID YOU GET RID OF THE ENVELOPE!?! We use the envelope to squeeze every bit of flavor from the bag! I've been drinking Lipton Tea since I was a child! (58 years!) I make iced tea every day and drink 4-5 cups of hot tea every day (15 bags daily!) and now you've messed up my daily ritual! PLEASE bring back the envelope!

I love Lipton black tea and it reminds me of my childhood. Ha. It's a smooth black tea when I'm not in the mood for coffee and it's so good with a splash of oatmilk or evaporated milk since neither are too heavy to take away from the smoothness of the tea.

Even though they make a sweet tea option, this black tea has been mine & my southern mother's go to for brewing that classing sweet tea that most southerners thirst for. This is a classic and a staple in my pantry. I will alway for the lipton brand because it brews a consistently delicious tea!

I really like Lipton tea for its rich flavor, and though it may be pricier, the cost is justified. Opting for cheaper teas becomes counterproductive in the long run as you end up using more bags to achieve a satisfying taste, making Lipton's quality well worth the price for a truly enjoyable treat.

I buy Lipton tea for my husband, & when I opened the first box, I was surprised at the packaging. At first I was a bit skeptical, then I opened the first of 4 foil packages to find a change with the teabag also. No more individually wrapped teabags! I like that feature so much better! And to have the teabags protected with the foil wrap is a double plus! Thank you Lipton! My hubby thanks you also for a great tasting tea.

The recent flavor change in Lipton tea is a huge disappointment! No longer the distinctive cup of tea I've looked forward to every day for over 20 years! Lipton, why don't you return to the classic Lipton taste that your faithful tea drinkers love? I'm hoping you'll bring back that "brisk" recipe.

There's a reason it is called America's Favorite Tea! Lipton Black Tea brand is amazing. Whenever I'm on a coffee break or I just crave a good cup of tea, I'll make myself one of these. The great thing about this tea bag is that it is so strong that you can have it just like that or you can add a drop of creamer or milk and sugar to it and you have a wonderful cup of tea. Personally my favorite thing to have with a cup of tea is some biscuits or a slice of toast! Sit back and just relax with it and it instantly makes you feel all warm and nice. Also, during the summer time, I love to throw a few in a pot and let it soak so I can make some good old fashioned homemade ice tea! Absolutely delicious. Our family is huge sweet tea drinkers and this is the best tea bag that you can get to make sweet tea. We have tried other brands but the flavor isn’t as good as it is with this one. You also get a good amount of tea bags for the price. These bags also don’t burst as easy as some brands which is great when making sun tea.
