Hello Lipton! I love an ice cold glass or three of Lipton Black Tea on a hot afternoon. What happened to the wonderful flavor of your tea? I make iced tea by the gallon. I used to get a perfectly flavored tea using only 10 teabags. Not anymore! It tastes like the strength has been reduced by half. I bought the 100 teabag package. While new packaging is beautiful, it's less than functional. Please bring back the original strength and flavor of Lipton Black Tea. Thank you!

My grandmother turned me on to Lipton tea when I was just a young lad - she believed it was the cure-all for any ailment physical or emotional. As an adult, I introduced it to my children and they are all Lipton tea drinkers today. Unfortunately the flavor and packaging is not to my liking. I am sure you have not changed the formula for the tea, so I assume that it may be the new packaging. I have made the purchase twice with the new packaging and have kept it sealed but do not enjoy it as I used to. Please reconsider the old standby individual wrappers. You have had a fantastic winner for years; don't make changes that disrupt your clients love of the product...

Great brew, smooth, fantabulous taste, wonderful name brand. Always great taste whether tea bags regular size, family size or loose tea. Have been buying and using lipton for years, my mother's, and family's  favorite brand. We love it either cold brewed and or hot. One cup, one glass and or a whole pitcher.

I only use Lipton tea bags and have been for over 60 years.I am happy that trees get saved with the way its being packaged now, but sad that taking them in my purse had to change.I solved that by putting a few in a zip lock baggie. It doesnt take much effort to do that....maybe a few seconds out of my life. I surely won't go to another tea bag just because of a packaging change. Maybe Lipton can make a holder for a few tea bags that fit good in a purse or pocket. I am happy Lipton will be saving trees by changing the packaging. Maybe the cardboard box should change too to a zip lock type bag so more trees can be saved. Thank you Lipton for making such a great tea.

I have been drinking Lipton tea every day for nearly four decades. Always Lipton and no other brand. But, the flavor has recently changed. It is weak to the point of being flavorless. Not sure what you did to the tea bags, but I now have to switch brands. They are just terrible now.

Smaller tea bags packaged in a sleeve? No good. Tea is weaker, not the same taste and even adding more bags to get flavor and color the taste is not the same. Additionally insulting is that it costs more to buy 100 bags of less value. I am unhappy with this rip-off change. Annoying wrapped string around much small bag containing less tea. Why have you changed the iced tea favorite of mine for years and years?

Definitely do not like the new packaging. Only bought Lipton for almost 40 years because of the individually wrapped tea bags. Now it's just unsanitary to keep at work with everyone being able to touch them…not to mention it's flu season! All of the people who like the new packaging must work for Lipton.

I've been a loyal Lipton tea drinker for more than 40 years. Drinking several delicious cups of Lipton's wonderful tasting tea is the way I started every morning. However, that was prior to Lipton making changes to their original flavor. The flavor of the tea has been changed & not for the better. I no longer enjoy the taste at all! The packing change was a very bad idea, but messing with the wonderful flavor of the original tea is inexcusable!! Sadly I'm now looking for a replacement for the tea I had loved to drink.

Just bought a new box of 100 teabags. I was surprised at the new packaging. I like to leave some teabags out on my microwave stand so I can grab them easily in the morning. Now they are subject to dirt and dust. The individually wrapped bags are so much better. And also what happened to the taste. It is not as strong as it used to be. Please change everything back the way it was or else I'll have to switch to something else.

tea bags are a staple in our pantry. having a nice cup of tea is always a nice option very easy to prepare boil water insert tea bag and wait until it is as strong or weak as you like . this tea has a good flavor and as stated you are in control. I always have tea in the pantry and lipton is a good choice.
