I loved the previous individual packages and like many others the ease of taking them other places. I have adapted to the new packaging and put my tea bags in a zip lock bag for taking other places. Would love the idea of a reusable Lipton holder for carrying tea bags included with purchase of small amount tea bags. I will help save the trees.

Do not like the new packaging at all!!!! Whats going on ? I have been drinking your tea exclusively all of my life did not mind paying extra for good quality - however the taste definately is weaker - perhaps due to cheap packaging? Your tea is now nothing more than store brand with one of your tags attached - you can do better! Until the quality improves I will.no longer be buying your product- just not worth it any more!

I have stopped buying Lipton black tea. The tea is not the same taste, quality or strength as it used to be. When traveling and Lipton is the only choice, I sometimes forget that it's not what I use at home anymore but then am again reminded that it now has that same flat displeasing flavor, no matter in which part of the country and different water it is steeped in.

I like Lipton's strong tea smell, I often use it to make milk tea, my favorite drink. Convenient filter bag, easy to brew, just need a cup of hot water and put a tea bag in and you can enjoy it. The fragrant tea smell is not bitter, and the large box allows us to drink it for a long time.

I have tried a few different flavors and each one has been consistently delicious. Another great thing about Lipton tea is that it is affordable and easily accessible. I can find it at my local grocery store or even at gas stations, making it convenient to purchase whenever I am in need of a good cup of tea. One thing I do wish is that Lipton would offer more sustainable and eco-friendly packaging options. As a company that prides itself on sustainability and responsible sourcing, I believe it would be great to see their packaging reflect these values as well.

Lupton tea bags used to be individually wrapped in the box. Now that they are unwrapped and bundled in the shiny gold paper, the taste is not the same. I'm so disappointed. I thought it was a bad box but the second box tastes the same. I can't get eX plain the taste, I just know it's not the same tea I used to drink.

The most classic tea. I grew up with a brewed tea in the fridge at all times and it was always Lipton. The quality and taste is there 100% of the time. During those cold winter months it makes a great hot tea in minutes, or let it steep in the fridge for a cold glass on summer months paired with fresh lemon.

I have been drinking Lipton tea for over 50 years. The new packaging in "stay fresh packs" has ruined Lipton's product and will undoubtedly cost them many loyal customers. I am a fire chief and we have always had Lipton tea at the firehouse. With over 100 different firefighters the individually packaged tea is necessary for sanitary reasons. Lipton will lose us as customers unless they provide a way for us to purchase the individually packaged tea. Our situation is the same for many different organizations, businesses, church groups, clubs, etc. This misguided marketing decision will likely cost Lipton many customers. My department and I personally will be among the many customers they no longer have.

What is wrong with Lipton? I have been drinking Lipton Tea for over 60 years. It is the only Tea that I prefer. But, suddenly the packaging has changed to stay fresh packages. I prefer the individually wrapped tea bags. It also seems that the tea bags are smaller and the tea is not as strong. Some things need to change with the times but Lipton Tea is not one of them.

The tea is good. I have purchased the tea at the grocery store. The tea can be put in hot water and bring it to a boil. It tastes better if you add sugar. Let it cool before drinking the tea. Some people add lemons to the tea, but I don’t. The tea is not expensive, and it can be purchased at the grocery store.
