I like the flavor the small bags deliver. I am from the south and am an avid tea drinker. Truly have tasted every brand of teas and this one scores a grand slam. Affordable and economical. Just one cup and you to will be amazed and thirst quenching satisfied. But of course i would recommend this above all others hands down.

Your cost savings idea to bulk wrap tea bags is absolutely the worst idea I've seen on a product let alone tea. Tea is served by the cup. Tea bags are taken with you, they are presented for selection in an assortment. Who wants to be serve van open tea bag? The next time you go out to eat, just ask McDonald's to bulk wrap your sandwiches - you can just pass them out to everyone. I LOVE Lipton Black tea. It was the only tea I ever used. I am sad that I must start sampling other brands to find a replacement. I will replace my tea because I simply will NOT accept this packaging. I hope whatever equipment you purchased can be removed and your old lines reinstated because I loved Lipton tea but I will not use it packaged line this. To be perfectly clear: I want to purchase a large box of tea 100 bags or more and have them INDIVIDUALLY wrapped! I suggest you advertise when you come to your senses to wrap each yea bag again. Maybe your customer base will return.

I have always been a dedicated Lipton Tea drinker, but the new packaging is HORRIBLE and I am going to have to switch to a tea that still individually wraps the bags. This way of packaging makes it impossible to take with me or to use in any tea bag holder because they are completely unprotected and they actually stay less fresh because all the bags are opened at once instead one by one. Bad bad idea. Pease go back to the way you have always had your bags.

I do not like the new packaging... They are messy and leave grains of tea all over everything. I liked the paper envelope, then I have someplace to set my teabag when I take it out of my cup. the envelope also made it easy to carry with you... the new bags would leave a mess in my purse or my pocket..

So I went to my store to pick up Lipton tea and too my surprise you changed the way you package the tea. I thought this may be good. Until I went home to make tea. There is aftertaste that is there. I thought maybe just my taste buds. This morning I had another cup and the aftertaste was still there. I hope you only did this packaging for 100 and do not plan to do this to all your tea products. I will try one more time to make ice tea like I have always done. If it turns it out well. I will upgrade my overall rating but. It may be sad that I may not be using your Lipton tea anymore. all because of packing change that has changed the taste of tea.

The beauty of Lipton tea has always been the envelop in which the tea bag sits. You can grab a few and put them in your shirt for use later in the day, keep some in your car for restaurants that do not have just straight good-old Lipton tea. and keep some in your travel bag for the same purpose. Now it is gone. So not only have they increased the price for the new dumb box but now for a second increase in price we get smaller bags without protective envelopes. So you have just lost a customer for life, and I have 4-5 cups of tea a day. There are other brands out there without envelopes so I will go to them.

We have always used Lipton but when they changed the packaging something happened to the taste. The tea taste very weak and the bags appear to be smaller. Not sure of what has happened but we will have to try out some other brands to find one that tastes better. Sorry Lipton would love to continue using your product but the taste is just not there anymore

the new packaging is not a good idea - this certainly was not thoroughly thought out. From a hygiene perspective it screams - "this is not a good idea...." Even in your home when you have guests over no one want their tea bag touched.... rethink this disaster...did anyone think of the issues in the workplace - and how consumption could go down!!!

The most simple tea to make a good cup of tea.  It doesn't leave a bitter taste in your mouth.  It's great hot or cold.  My favorite part is opening the package and the smell that hits you.  The bags stay fresh a long time if you keep them in the freezer.

I really like the smell of Lipton Black Tea Bags 100Ct while it's brewing and the flavor isn't bitter or to hold. E haven't found anything we would change about Lipton black tea. We have been repeat customers for years. You can't go wrong with a glass of lipton brewed sweet iced tea.
