I want to join the others about the new packaging -- since it's September, 2015 and my safeway still has this bad packaging idea. You have lost me as a customer as well because of it. my gym has the old packaging so I have it there, but i'm enjoying other brands WITH INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED ENVS. Used to have it at our church also, but can't anymore because the new packaging is not sanitary of public use. A customer showed you a picture of how you can individually wrap the teas with the foil -- PAT ATTENTION. Folks may buy what you have thinking it's individually wrapped and then can't use it. LOW OVERALL RATING and SATISFACTION is due to bad packaging - not the tea.

I can always depend on a Lipton cup of tea to soothe and relax me. With friends, my husband or simply alone, it always tastes delicious. When I hang the Lipton tea tag over the side of my cup, every single time I think of my Mother and watching her do the same thing when I was growing up. Love it..!

I love Lipton Black Tea first thing in the morning with a touch of sugar and half and half. It is a great tasting tea and I buy it regularly. It makes the perfect cup of hot tea and is a good price. I also use this to make sun tea! Definitely recommend!

Whoever came up with the idea of the new packaging needs to rethink it. While it is very pretty to look at and probably eco-friendly, it is awful! It is hard to open the foil without tearing it - there goes the so called freshness. You cannot take a tea bag on the go either! I am very disappointed in the change! If this isn't changed back, I will be looking for a new brand. If all tea brands go to this type of packaging, that will be the day I stop drinking/making tea! I have been drinking Lipton tea most of my life and I am over 50! Please, Lipton, go back to the old packaging!

Perfect family size! This is a great value if you drink tea often. I brew this tea hot, let it cool and store in a pitcher in the fridge for a couple days. I like to add one Splenda and ice in a glass with it for a sweet, zero calorie black tea. Serve to guests in a pretty pitcher or have on hand for daily use. I like it best in the summer. Great customizable black tea with a strong flavor! 

I have been a Lipton tea lover for 40 years or better. The new sealed packaging is not any good for those of us who grab the packets and put them in our purse or pocket. I carry Lipton tea with me all the time. Well I used to, before you decided to change a good thing. Don't like the packaging and don't like the tea like I used to. It doesn't have the flavor it used to.

Hi there, Lipton. I agree with other reviews. Bring back your former packaging. I do like the little slit in the tag that allows me to avoid a "two-handed" pour (spoiled, much?). C'mon. This packaging style is not working. My tea bags are "stale" by the time I use them. Overall, it's just not a satisfying experience. I look forward to a return to the past. Thanks!

I am a tea drinker. I usually sip.on a cup of hot tea at night as it relaxes me and helps me to unwind. Thie tea is everything i could ask for. There is nothing to onprove on. The tea is very good value for your money. I wouldnbuy thia product again.

I usually have my pot of tea when it's rainy/cold/snowy out and want to stay in.  Lipton is my go-to.  Good value for the price.  I usually add sugar and milk (not creamer!).  My comfort tea.  I have tried other tea brands, but always seem to go back to Lipton for my "quick" tea fix.
