I have drank Lipton tea all my life. The new gold packs are okay. It is smart to use less paper (from the individually wrapped ones in the past). The gold plastic is a little hard to use (the little boxes don't slide in and out very easily). Overall, though, I think the gold plastic is a good thing. We drink iced tea all during the day.

My favorite thing to do with this tea is make an all day cold sipper. Basically I make a gallon with only a few tea bags. I steep the 3-4 tea bags for about 5 minutes in hot water, covered. I add it to a huge pitcher of iced water. Then I throw in a splash of cranberry juice - the pure 100% cranberry kind - it's tart!!! And then I squeeze a couple lemon wedges in. Refrigerate and drink all day long. Gives energy and tastes great! I don't typically like sweet tea, but I bet sugar would make it taste great for those who do!

I bought Lipton Tea because the tags were paper and the individual tea packages were paper. Both were able to be composted. The new packaging includes even more plastic with the gold wrap and plastic coated paper tags which are NOT able to composted. The old packaging was bad enough with the plastic film on the outside and the main box being plastic coated. Stop using plastic! Paper is better. Our planet is being destroyed by companies like yours. Change it! Do better! Be Eco-Friendly! I will watch for the change and until then I will not purchase any more - and we drink tea EVERY DAY!

I was very surprised when I opened the box and found unwrapped tea bags. Doesn't travel well to work. I drink hot tea in the morning and switch to ice tea in afternoon and hot tea before bed. I am a second generation Lipton drinker. However, I also noticed a change in the flavor. Please bring back the old packaging.

I have tried other teas but,have always came back to Lipton.It has a much better taste.I make iced tea 365/7. As for the new packaging,I see where others say it doesn't stay fresh once you open the foil.I keep mine in Tupperware.All 4 packs fit in.I throw box away. You can use Ziploc snack bags to carry some with you. I have noticed tho a cloudy mixture after I run the tea maker.Never had that before.I just stir and go on.Maybe use the foil for individual bags????

Lipton, do you not see all the negative reviews on your changes with the packaging??? I'm quite sure your sales have dropped dramatically. So why don't you fix the problem & change it back to the individual wrapped tea bags??? There's an awful lot of unsatisfied tea drinkers leaving negative reviews here. Paper can be recycled...foil takes a lot longer. Major mistake on your end. Tea does not stay "fresh" in this foil packaging once it is opened.

Not happy with the new foil rap packages in the 100 ct boxes. After opening there is no way of keeping the tea fresh with the little tray box. I drink your tea on the run always and now I can not throw packets into my brief case without having to put them into zip bags...HELP! I know change is what moves us forward, but somethings are better left alone...

I love lipton black tea, I could have it every morning with milk and a slice of bread, It is very affordable, convenient and tasty. You get a lot of teas in one packet to a box should last u a while. I am a repeat consumer and try to never run out, would definitely recommend to others.

I love drinking Lipton black tea, it's my favorite! I like to pair it with honey, sugar, or lemon sometimes. I like to really get the flavor so will leave tea bag in a little longer than recommended occasionally! I would definitely recommend! Repeat buyer!

My go to tea when I run out of my indie loose leaf tea. It’s a classic with bold flavor. I love mine iced with lemon. I love that it’s bagged but I wish they made bottled versions that tasted the same. I prefer buying local compared to getting these but I definitely will probably purchase again if I need tea from the store
