Thomson Upright Freezer 6.5 cu. ft.

I love this freezer. It just the right size for my fsmily of 3. I even purchased one for my mother. I would definitely recommend this one to friends

Awesome Freezer!!

The freezer was delivered earlier than expected.   Great to have a tall freezer with shelves that allow you see everything.

All great with this efficient freezer

So far I’m loving this freezer!  It looks great in my kitchen and works great so far.  I only wish I could’ve found it in black or stainless steel.

This model doesn’t have a fan, Compressor came with large dents and couldn’t even freeze ice cubes after 3 days

Poor quality control

Freezer damaged -cracked and it looked like it had been partially put together and someone had brought it back.

Bought online and received damaged

1 month in and it is working great!   Perfect for those extra things. Having the extra space allows me to meal plan without running to the store

Great size!

Perfect size, I like that the door opens like a regular refrigerator.
The only minor downside is the shelves are not adjustable.

Sam's Club hit the bull's eye with this freezer.

I own two now, I replaced a chest freezer with my last purchase. Shelve spacing won’t allow a turkey or large ham but I knew that before hand.

Perfect fit for my application

This is a fantastic stand up freezer. I bought it to replace a smaller one and I love the extra space. It was easy to set up and get running.

Arrive on time and was packed very good no damage or scratches. Plugged it in and cooled down quickly

Just as expected

Absolutely terrible, it took a week longer to arrive, arrived badly dented, customer service was awful, they wanted me to bring it back in instead of picking it back up and then said they were out of stock. Just an awful experience and definitely didn't feel like an appreciated customer.

Terrible service delivery and treatment

We bought this smaller model to replace an old large upright freezer that wasn’t energy efficient. I wanted to move the freezer out of the garage and into the laundry room for convenience. So far so good! It holds more than I thought. We even have some of our grandkids breast milk stockpile and still plenty of room for all the other stuff. We needed to change the door swing and the process was very simple. I wasn’t sure how I felt initially about not having shelves on the door, but I think I like it. Having lots of shelves provides room to keep things organized.
