Hi Walter - check that the freezer door is closing properly and that the freezer is standing on a firm level surface. You can test that the door is sealing properly by closing the door on a sheet of paper. You should not be able to easily pull the paper out when the freezer door is closed.<br />You can adjust the door accordingly if required.<br />Also you can lubricate the door gasket with a bit of Vaseline and a soft cloth. That will help it seal better.<br />Frost is caused by warm humid air entering the freezer compartment or by moisture from foods inside.
