Freezer had a small dent in the door, but I was willing to overlook it. After leveling the freezer, I plugged it in and nothing happened. Freezer doesn’t work. Will be returning to the store.

It's OK, does what I want. Door is difficult to open if I open then close and open again. Compartment air pressure has to equalize. It is very quite.

I recently purchased this freezer and so far have been real happy with it! No real set up and easy to move. Shelves could be a bit further apart but I haven't tried to take any out to make room for taller items but it might be possible.

Very happy with this small stand up freezer. Just what I had been looking for. I have a side by side fridge and the freezer space leaves a lot to be desired. Great price.

I like this for the convenience of having a freezer. It fits good with apartment living. The one negative is that the shelves are not adjustable. Other then that it is perfect!

This freezer is the perfect size for our needs but the motor mount was bent and when we called the company our only recourse was to return it to the Sam's Club so we fixed it ourselves instead.

Bought this about 2 weeks ago. So far I really like the freezer, it’s size is perfect. Will see how efficient it is with the cooling coils within each rack. Also says it is non-defrosting type. Not sure how that will work.

Wheels should lock so that freezer does not move. Freezer should be auto-defrost and it is not. Otherwise it is a good freezer. Perfect size for small spaces.

Doesn't take up a lot of space. Has plenty of storage inside. I installed a digital wireless thermometer in the unit and it keeps the inside temperature within 1.5 degrees . Very happy with this unit.

I bought this a month ago and I am very happy with it. Fits perfect in the small space I had for it and gives me plenty of extra freezer space . recommend it to friends and family that need extra freezer storage space.
