I didn't think I'd find a freezer to fit the space we have but when this one showed up at Sam's, i knew it would work. It was delivered earlier than expected and the delivery service wased very nice

Working good and quiet but the shelves too short and narrow. Shelves are not adjustable. Such as birthday cake can't get in.... The freezer should be more wide and deep instead of skinny and tall and too many little shelves.

Good little freezer but got damaged in delivery. Tried contacting customer service and no one will get back to me which is annoying. Works otherwise just cosmetic damage. For the price it’s disappointing.

picked up freezer opened box found one of the wheels broke off and the door fell off and would not go back on and stay returned to store and would not recommend this product to others

Have not owned it long enough to know if i should give it a 5. It is a nice size and i am able to find items a lot better than i can in a chest freezer.

Pros, Good value for the money (Sam’s Club price), Quite when running, Setting #2 is a good temperature for freezing. Cons- it makes a wheezing groaning sound when not running, No light inside. Fixed shelves.

In the first 3 months it's doing great. Easily maintains the freezing temperature. Runs quietly. Whispers "I'm closed" when I shut the door and the seal expels air creating a vacuum. Remind me in a year to give a rating for the Thompson

I bought this freezer and it is perfect! Quiet, perfect size when you don't need a full size. And price was great for what you get!!! I highly recommend it!

I have had this freezer for 2-3 weeks now and I’m very pleased with it. It actually holds quite a lot of stuff for the size. And it freezes quick and fast even though I have set the temp below medium. I would recommend this freezer. Great value.

First one received was dented and the door would not stay on. Very disappointing. Customer services sent another one, worse than the first. Totally unusable
