I needed to be able to keep extra frozen items without having to go to the basement to get them. Knees aren’t what they used to be so this freezer is perfect. Keeps all my extras and makes it so convenient . Love it!!!!

I love the fact that its an upright freezer. Just not as big as i thought. Great on space. Wish a drawer came at the bottom. Other than that great buy.

Got tired of digging to the bottom of my chest freezer. This is a simple upright freezer that doesn’t take up space. And I still have my chest freezer for the hunts.

I live in the Pittsburgh , PA area and had to travel to Morgantown,Va to pick this up. In my area there were none to be found and Morgantown had 10 plus.

After all the negative reviews on this, I purchased it. One review said the instruction said to let it sit in place 24 hours before plugging it in. I did this and so far fingers crossed all is good. Hopefully it remains good.

No real issues with performance of freezer, But either at factory/warehouse, or during shipment the freezer had some serious physical damage. Had to make repairs on exterior.

I bought this about a month ago and so far no problems at all. We bought it in the store so no bumps, dents or scratches. We got it home, set it up, waited overnight and plugged it in and it's been running great.

I am very happy so far. Seems to freeze well. It did have a couple of cracked places on the right hand top when we received it. they dont seem to be deep enough to effect the performance, so far.

Received freezer with a big indention on side of door and bracket for door was bent. It was banged up pretty bad. Definitely not what I expected from Sam's Club.

Other than how extremely backed up waiting lines that we gave up on and came back the next morning, this freezer fits our 2 person home perfectly. Not too big and we can see all of the contents without having to dig.
