This is a really great mattress topper! I wake up feeling very refreshed with no hip or back pain! Great for side sleepers. Put on top of too firm mattress and love the comfort. No odor at all, easy to unbox and set up.

First day I bought zipper broke putting cover on mattress. It will not stay on my mattress at all and I cant sleep with it sliding off. Bought last Saturday and had to take it off 2 days later.

I bought this to go on top of a form mattress that was a little too firm for my opinion! This topper feels like sleeping in a cloud! Perfectly plush and supportive! No slip, I’m not sure why that is happening to anyone.

Purchase this as a gift from samsclub.com. did not get a response for 2 weeks then an email saying to reorder. So I did. I've been received an email saying that it had been shipped in two days later I received another email saying it had been shipped. Guess what I got 2. The packaging was atrocious. The bottom of one of the boxes was completely unsealed I'm surprised that it arrived intact. The boxes were flimsy. However, the actual product appears to be what the person I bought it for wanted. I doubt I will ever order anything from Sam's club.com again.

I returned this mattress topper today after trying it for a week. We’re in NM for work for about 10 months and the furnished house we rented has a king size bed that’s like laying on a concrete sidewalk! I went to Sam’s and bought this for $200 thinking it would help us out but it did nothing but give us back and neck pain. BAD! I like soft and cloud like and this piece of foam is nothing like that. It’s actually quite firm. If you’re looking to soften up your mattress don’t buy this one. I went online at a different store and ordered exactly what I needed which is a 3.5in down fill baffle box topper. Heavenly!!

We purchased a king size of this topper and all I can say is this is NOT the same product. If I could get past the smell, which smells like some sort of petroleum product I still couldn’t use it. The foam was smashed in and one size isn’t flat and the top portion is not soft. It has zero cushion to it. I don’t understand how a queen size could be so amazing and this just a disaster. Waste of $200

This is super comfortable and I am sleeping much better on this new topper. However, it slips down every single night. My sheets come off of my bed along with the mattress cover. I am disappointed in this as it states "non slip". Planning to return if still in the return window.
