I love the yeast. I keep it in the freezer. It is always good.

It was a great price for the quantity. Hard to find anywhere in stock so I was pleased to be able to find it.

Very helpful to buy for my bread machine. I freeze each bag once I open it, and also freeze the jar I use for easier measuring.

One of the packages lost its air tight seal when I got it. I had to throw it away because I was concerned it was contaminated

I love to bake. Shrink wrap into 1 cup pkgs. throw in freezer. Ready to bake to my heart content! Lol
