I bake a LOT and buying those little strip packs of yeast can get VERY expensive. I was so happy to find this product at our local Sam's club and the price was unbelievable. It is by far the best yeast I've used. I freeze one brick of it, and put the open package in a zipper type storage bag and squeeze out as much air as possible, then store in the fridge. I will definitely would recommend this to anyone who bakes alot. You could even give one brick of it away to someone at this price. Great product, great quality, great price.
