This pillow top is just what I needed, our new mattress was too firm and I was having morning lower back pain. The pillow top solved the back aches.

Very compact package - but very thick topper. So far so good at 1 month of use- comfortable. No complaints.

I thought it might be too soft when I sat on it but when I laid down, it was wonderful. I've had it for a week and each night I've slept great.

What has happened to Serta's quality? It went down the toilet. Unfortunately, the pee stains on this topper did not.
