I bought this mattress topper around 2 months ago. I used it on a firmer mattress but parents were visiting and they prefer a softer mattress. Unfortunately I didn’t receive until a week after they left. I don’t know what happened but took nearly a month to arrive. The product itself has been great.

The topper slides a lot with no way to hold it in place. I find my self rearranging it very often. The first night I used it I woke up with back pain but after a few nights my body got used to the topper. It is very cool but it would be nice if it had straps to hold it in place. Not horrible for the price though but I don’t think I would buy again.

Decent Pillow-Topper. Nothing spectacular. Deep fitted sheets will not go over the mattress and topper. Topper constantly slides down with use. Original mattress too firm, so topper did help a bit. But has too become uncomfortable after 1 months use.

I bought myself a topper several months ago and absolutely love it. My 78-year-old mom was complaining about waking up in the night and in the morning with pressure points/sore spots on her legs and hips. I bought a Serta topper for her bed. No more pressure points or sore spots for her!

I have two of these on two different beds. I had an old mattress topper and had to replace it (our golden puppy thought it would be a good idea to bite chunks out of it). This one is by far more comfortable than the old one. The cover that comes with it is also a better quality. This is great for new or older mattresses.

This Serta 4" pillow-top foam mattress has completely changed our bed for the better. We have been having a Sleep Number flex bed for 5 years and we never did find our correct number for comfort. My husband stopped sleeping in the bed and I suffer with a bad back. We wanted a bed like the luxury beds at upscale hotels which are soft but give you support. We purchased this prior to a 10 day vacation trip to put on our queen matress in our camper. I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. A lot of people complained about the odor. First of all.....YOU CAN NOT use this immediately after purchasing. My husband and I rolled it out on top of our queen size bed in our guest room. I opened the window ( the Smell is Strong) and shut the door. I left it to air out for 4 days. Smell totally GONE!! We put it on the mattress in our camper and slept on it the entire 10 days we were on vacation. Made a BIG difference in the comfort of the mattress and so much cheaper than buying a new mattress ( our camper is new). Some people had complaints of getting too hot while sleeping on it. We did not experience that. Would definitely purchase again. I'm thinking of getting one for the mattress in our guest bedroom. I purchased this while it was on sale, so that made it even better.

I was skeptical about this product at first, so many of them have fallin short of expectations . I wanted a mattress topper that wouldn't go flat after a nights sleep and have to be re- fluffed for comfort. I am absolutely excited about this product, not only does it not go flat after use , but it is so comfy soft and springs back to it's original shape. I can't wait to crawl back into bed because I know I'm going to get a great nights sleep. love, love, love this product.

Bought it 2 weeks ago! Was waking up with stiff joints and back ache. Decided to buy a new mattress. Went on line, saw this for way less money and figured i would try it first. It arrived, opened it and put it on our mattress. It did have a chemically smell as stated in other reviews. Wasn't really surprised by it though, it's a giant chunk of foam! First night till now, sleeping like a baby! No joint pain! No back aches! Truly happy! Smell has dissipated over time, but it was never really terrible! Love it! Recommend it! Would buy it again!
