We bought a one sided pillow top matress about 6 years ago for 1k+. We were experiencing dips in the bed since we could only rotate it 180 not flipping. Its an ugly thing to do to pay so much for a product that gets only half the life now. So we flipped the mattress and it was very hard but equally flat fresh start. We added the foam topper and pillow cover and its very lovely. The box it came in was not marked and only a sheet of paper that says serta on it so who knows it might be a knock off but it has done its job very well. Its been a few weeks and its comfy as a new mattress for only $200. It had a small oder the first night. And it sleeps a little warm as well but i still say 5 stars this is exactly what you need if you dont want to buy another mattress right away.

We bought this online and picked it up in the club the next day. My daughter put it on her bed immediately and slept on it that night (she didn't care that it wouldn't be fully expanded for a couple of days). She said it made her bed much more comfortable (she's not ready to replace the old mattress yet) and that she has slept well on it every night. It came with a nice pillow-top mattress cover.

I had a rather hard mattress so I’ve decided to get a topper that can mold my body while I sleep sideways or make the gap on the back of my waist more supported if I lay flat. But this mattress, although not too thick still was too soft. I have soreness in the morning. I think there should be a way of support and softness coming to a balance. Unfortunately it’s still kinda on the softer side. But my kids really like it when they were rolling around on my bed. Maybe it’s me that need to get used to it.

I purchased this hoping to alleviate the pain in my hips and knees every morning. It is a very nice topper set but it was much too soft for me. It did conform to my body, but let me sink to the mattress I was trying to avoid. If you need plush this is the topper for you. It is a very nice set. I loved the cover that came with it. But it went back with the foam when i returned it to Sam's.

UNPACKING AND SETUP: It came in an easy-to-open box, the 3" foam rolled and tightly bound and the 1" padding packed underneath it. Instructions and warranty were enclosed. I laid the foam on top of the mattress and, with scissors, carefully cut away the outside plastic which covered the foam roll. The mattress unrolled naturally, I removed the protective sheet that was rolled with the foam, and within minutes the foam had expanded to the full 76x80 King size. ODOR: There was a slight, not unpleasant, odor at first. We let it air out for a few hours before putting it on the mattress. We had been concerned that we may not be able to sleep on it for a while, but that was not a problem. By mid afternoon the odor had subsided to the point that it was barely noticeable, and we put the pad on, tucked the skirt around the mattress, and made the bed. COMFORT AND SUPPORT: Very comfortable. We are sleeeping very well with this pad. Support is outstanding when lying on the back, and excellent when on one's side. My wife and I both have back issues - these did not go away just because we got a new topper, but we did sleep well and woke up with little pain. HEAT: Some toppers have garnered a lot of complaints because they got too hot at night. We did not feel any of this at all. Non-issue. QUALITY: Can't judge long-term quality yet, but it came flawless and seems to be well made. And yes, the pad is machine washable - instructions are on the pad tag. No regrets!

I purchased this mattress topper over a month ago and have slept like a baby ever since. Does not slide on the bed and holds its shape beautifully. Guaranteed free replacement should it ever drop below 1.5 inches in a ten year span. Recommend this product highly for side sleepers, especially those who suffer from aching joints.

I bought myself a topper several months ago and absolutely love it. My 78-year-old mom was complaining about waking up in the night and in the morning with pressure points/sore spots on her legs and hips. I bought a Serta topper for her bed. No more pressure points or sore spots for her!

We purchased the mattress topper for each of our boys who moved into a furnished college apartment to make a cheap mattress more comfortable. They love the toppers and we're excited when they 1st tried them out. They had their roommates test it then they wanted one too. Reasonably priced and good quality.

Such a great purchase! We bought a new bed about 6 months ago. My husband referred to it as "the slab". It was a plush mattress and not a pillow top and was too firm. I finally decided to get this topper and so glad I did. The bed is fantastic now! We couldn't be happier with the comfort. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this.

We purchased this 4" memory topper by Serta as our mattress had become too settled and no longer very comfortable. It's been two weeks and we still like it - a lot! I didn't give it five stars as I sometimes feel warm in the night. Of course, it is July and I'm a senior citizen, which may or may not come into play.. Regardless, if you are not happy with your mattress, this is a good option. I would purchase again.
