We purchased this mattress topper to go over our queen-sized memory foam hybrid mattress. Our mattress itself is rated medium-firm, which is good for me as I have a medical condition with my back, but not so great for my partner. Without this mattress topper, our mattress was too stiff/firm for my partner's comfort, relegating them to sleeping on the couch each night. We took a chance on buying this mattress topper, believing either the topper was going to make the mattress usable for my partner or we would have to invest in a different mattress altogether. I am writing this review about 2 months after purchasing this product and thankfully this serta mattress topper has been worth every penny we paid for it, allowing my partner to get a good night's rest. I would not hesitate to purchase it again. I would also recommend it to anyone who needs to add some softness to their mattress without losing the supportive feel.

This mattress topper is amazing. My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress when I came across this mattress topper. So I thought I’ll give it a try and we’ll see if it helps prolong the life out of mattress a while until we have the funds to afford the mattress we want. This topper did not disappoint. I’ve truly had much better sleep with this topper than I’ve had in the past couple of years. The only complaint I have is now I have to buy new sheets with deeper pockets due to the topper adding 4 inches to my mattress height. And that’s not really a complaint

We bought a firm mattress from Sam's a month ago. It was so firm my spouse and I were waking up with sore backs. The pillow topper has made sleeping a dream. It is so soft and warm and comfortable. We can roll and move during the night and we just melt into the foam. Worth every penny

We bought a one sided pillow top matress about 6 years ago for 1k+. We were experiencing dips in the bed since we could only rotate it 180 not flipping. Its an ugly thing to do to pay so much for a product that gets only half the life now. So we flipped the mattress and it was very hard but equally flat fresh start. We added the foam topper and pillow cover and its very lovely. The box it came in was not marked and only a sheet of paper that says serta on it so who knows it might be a knock off but it has done its job very well. Its been a few weeks and its comfy as a new mattress for only $200. It had a small oder the first night. And it sleeps a little warm as well but i still say 5 stars this is exactly what you need if you dont want to buy another mattress right away.

I purchased this mattress topper over a month ago and have slept like a baby ever since. Does not slide on the bed and holds its shape beautifully. Guaranteed free replacement should it ever drop below 1.5 inches in a ten year span. Recommend this product highly for side sleepers, especially those who suffer from aching joints.

I really enjoyed our Sert 4 inch pillow top for our KING size bed, however the one we purchased months later for our queen size guest room bed does not have the same 'securing' cover over the mattress. So, it shifts a lot. Not a HUGE deal, but would help if the company made it the same as they do the King-size version... Otherwise, the topper made our sleep SO comfortable for our king size bed and better for the queen. I would give the comfort level a 5 star rating.

I bought this mattress topper around 2 months ago. I used it on a firmer mattress but parents were visiting and they prefer a softer mattress. Unfortunately I didn’t receive until a week after they left. I don’t know what happened but took nearly a month to arrive. The product itself has been great.

We've had this topper for several weeks now. Wife thinks it's ok. But the jury is still out for me. Lucky You, she wanted me to write the review. She enjoys that her elbow pains have subsided but are not gone. I on the other hand get lost in the foam. I sonk down onto it and the air can't circulate around me so I end up sweating all night long. I get so lost in there that it makes it hard to roll over. Once I lat down basically, that will be my position for the night! In the morning it is even worse. Takes me 3 or 4 tries to get up using a rocking motion, Just to situp to get off the mattress. Another thing is that the edges seem rounded so I always feel like I'm going to fall off the bed. So a lack of sleep trying to get cool and the extra exercise to get out of bed in the morning are pluses I guess. On a more positive note 180.00 dollars to make the wife happy seems cheap!

I spend quite a bit of time in bed. Medical, not fun LOL I can tell you that out of all the foam toppers I have went through this is the most comfortable. It is not hot or lumpy. It plumps right back up after you leave the bed. I would highly suggest this topper!!

I've had the Serta 4" Pillow-Top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper for over two weeks now and I love it. I rolled it out on top of my mattress and it lay flat immediately with no rolled up edges and no odor. The topper went on effortlessly. At first I thought it was going to be too soft, but after the first night I've been sleeping better than I have for months. The question now is how long will it hold up?
