This mattress is not for everyone... i got it to buy me some time to get a new mattress. It's really a good 4'.. now when i unboxed it i was a little concern but after it sat for a minute to breath it worked well. It comes with a pad cover because it really help shapes the pad. Now, this ia truly a memory foam so when you lay on it, it sinks the body in. I must say that this thing has kept me in bed because i was so comfortable and did not want to get up. Now I'm a side sleeper and all though it's really comfortable my head and body is not inlined and I'm sure i will be sore over time. I plan to return it because of that, also do it doe the extra 4' my sheets really don't fit all the way over it and the actual mattress, it also raises how how your mattress is due to extra 4'. Overall it's definitely comfortable and makes you feel snug but since I'm a side sleeper and I'm not inlined, i rather return now rather than later.. Fyi.. if you try and return this 1 the store will not take it back so you have to mail it back which they give you label but it will NOT fit back on the box so you will have to pay for a new box so it can go in🤦🏾‍♀️$30 to send it back via FedEx. They can send you something via bulged out but you can't ship it back like that... so beware before buying.

The box itself didnt come in the greatest of shape. The foam padding had a tear in it upon unrollong and the mattress cover had a hole. It was also coming apart ay many of the seams. I was very disappointed especially after spending almost $200 dollars!!!

I just moved into a dorm room I was doing a lot of research looking for a good quality and reasonably priced mattress topper. I love this one! only downside is it doesnt have a cooling effect, it gets kind of hot which is why I knocked off one star,. other than that its really comfortable,high quality, and it actually expanded to 4 inches

Mattress topper was soft but unfortunately too warm. Both my wife and I found we were sweating from this after adding it and slept better after removing it from my bed. The topper was also about 2 inches smaller for both length and width that our mattress

I LOVE this mattress pad. It is so comfortable and I sleep so well and don't wake up sore every morning. I have it on the least expensive sleep number bed and the combo of the two is wonderful. I bought another for our guest bedroom because I like it so much. However the first mattress had a terrible odor that still hasn't completely gone away more than a month later. The 2nd mattress I ordered had no odor at all. I actually ordered a replacement for the first one because it smelled so bad and just received it yesterday. It has very little odor and I'm sure will dissipate quickly. My advice is to buy this pad! But, if you get one with an odor, order another.

Apparently $179 + Tax is the cost of a good night sleep. We bought a premium quality king size mattress about a year ago and have never gotten a good nights rest on it. We tried a few different mattress toppers but none seem to help until this one. The first night with this topper I slept through the night which I haven't done in over a year. No more aches and pains, just a good nights sleep.

I have had this topper for a month and absolutely love it. No more sore spots, it cuddles you, I love climbing into bed at night. Be sure to read the instructions, (I didn't) and made it much more difficult to put on the bed than it would have if I had read the instructions.

I bought this in November and I hate it. My back is aching, my hips hurt and I do not look forward to sleeping any more. I am in pain. I wish I had kept my old cheaper memory foam topper but it was starting to shred. More expensive is not always better.

I bought this two days ago. My wife had to have it, and wanted to put this on our 12 year old mattress. This was a innerspring pillow top in king size. It was 14” deep. I thought it would be better to get a new mattress. I wound up buying a Serra sleep to go from Sams. We both like the mattress, I will do a review on the mattress there. My wife felt like she was missing the pillow top feel, and a friend recommended a topper like this one. I did the research before buying the mattress, and we had decided on this one, so this decision had already been made. After using the new mattress, my wife still wanted this topper. I went and got this, on sale $30 off. I got it Home and was surprised it was 2 pieces, I must have missed it somewhere. Not a problem, just an fyi. The memory foam is just a bare slab of and off white memory foam at 3” thick and about the size of your bed. It’s about an inch larger all the way around the bed, sides and length. At least this was my experience and I had seen that in a couple reviews. The actual pad part is like a fitted sheet. This one felt awesome on the top, it will cover about 21” it looks like. So this should go over a 16 or 17” mattress. The pad has a small amount of foam and fiber fill. The truth in in the feeling for you. To lay on it, I definitely sunk down into this thing. More so when the pad isn’t used. Not a really bad thing, it actually felt good, this is wrapping you up like a marshmallow. It seemed to give support, while being really soft at the same time. I would think a back sleeper, side sleeper, stomach, or combo, like myself could do well with this. I am thinking this would probably work better for us on a firm, non pillow top innerspring mattress. Your mileage may vary. The bottom line, I returned it today. That’s the good news, I felt like this thing was very well made, and with a 10 year warranty, the quality is there. It just wasn’t for us. I could go either way, but happy wife, happy life. i did feel like it was too much on top of the memory foam mattress we just bought. The cons for us, it slept hotter than the mattress, it felt like my old mattress, which slept hot. It was just too much of a sinking feeling. Also the sheets are an issue. I had bout 2 $100 sheet sets recently, got the deep pocket ones, and they still were too small. The extra 4 inches was too much. The best thing is that sams gave a refund with no questions about it. We got to buy it, planning to keep it and have the ultimate bed and wound up returning it the next day. If your thinking your pains need a new bed, I would try this. The quality is very good.

We bought this over a month ago. After just a few days of use, my husband and I both experienced greatly increased back pain. It is way too soft. No support at all. In addition, it slides all over the bed. I have to remove the bottom sheet and adjust it each time I make the bed. It's super heavy, so that is a very difficult task.
