This honey is quite strong! I think I am used to lighter or flavored honey, though I usually buy organic/natural honey from local farmers (upstate New York). It has a good taste and I think would be good in hot tea. I also like the mini packs and can see that being handy for lunchboxes or picnics. NATURE NATE'S is a brand I have honesty never heard of before I received this sample, but I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of the 100% PURE ORGANIC, RAW & UNFILTERED HONEY it highly compares to an old fashioned honey bear I grew up eating that was oh so delicious!
