Itching Stopped

I purchased this for my dog that had an allergic reaction to something he ate. The vet recommended natural, raw honey, so I thought I would purchase it. I gave him 1 teaspoon everyday and the itching stopped within a week.

Nature Nate's 100% Organic Honey

I use this daily in my teas and with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. I've never been disappointed even when it begins to harden. I transfer it from the plastic bottle to glass when I begin use, so I set the jar in hot water to return it to its original consistency.

Delicious Taste and Easy Squeezing

My mother and I have been honey users for a while, trying to cut out the harmful additives of bleached, white sugar, but we enjoy Buckwheat honey, which my dad doesn't like because of its distinct taste. We've been buying Nate's Raw Honey for him, and he really enjoys it! On top of that, Nate's has the absolute best bottle I've ever seen. It's hard to describe, but there are almost flaps on the opening where the honey comes out, and once you squeeze out what you want, they close to prevent the honey from continuously dripping down. It GREATLY decreases the mess. My only complaint is that I wish they offered the regular at Sam's Club either instead of or alongside the organic--when it comes to raw honey, organic is kind of redundant, and it sucks to pay extra for that magical O-word on the bottle. But the honey itself is no less amazing than the non-organic variety! You will not get a weaker flavor or anything of the sort!

Closest to Nature I’ve ever tasted!

Delicious! Has that “fresh from the hive” taste, like my Dad’s honey he harvested when we were kids!

Not happy

Date was good but half had already crystallized . I would of never bought it had I been shopping. That's the bad side of letting someone else shop for you.

Good news: You’ve got real honey in that bottle! Crystallization is the natural progression of 100% pure, raw & unfiltered honey. The rate of crystallization varies based on the honey produced by the bees and other conditions, including storage temperature and light. You can bring it back to liquid by placing our BPA-free bottle in a large bowl of very warm (but not boiling) water. We’d still like to gather more product information and make this better for you. Please contact our customer care team at www.naturenates.com/contact/, and we’ll connect with you directly.

FAKE HONEY

This is not honey. It is mostly corn and rice syrup- FAKE HONEY. Fill a glass with water and add a spoonful of honey. If it dissolves quickly and spreads throughout the water, it is fake. Honey typically will stay in a lump at the bottom and does not dissolve easily in cold water.

I’m very disappointed with this product. It claims to be 100% pure raw honey, but it crystallized extremely fast and now the texture looks grainy and separated. It doesn’t look appealing or easy to use anymore. For something labeled “organic” and “pure,” I expected better quality and consistency. I won’t be buying this brand again.

False advertising

Do not buy!! This is not raw honey, Nate’s processes this product by heating at high temperatures, destroying any beneficial enzymes in the honey and creating the toxic compound Hydroxymethylfurfural which has been shown to kill bees and is not healthy for consumption. If you think this honey has a strange taste to it, that is why.

reply from Nate's Honey

We know there’s sometimes misinformation online. Nate's Honey is 100% pure, raw & unfiltered. We don’t cook our honey at high temperatures. We gently warm the raw honey for pourability. Like other foods that go from farm to table, the honey crops’ taste and color may vary from season to season. Our honey is a single ingredient that’s rigorously tested to ensure unmatched quality, consistency and trust. If you’d like to learn more about our testing process or purity standards, please visit https://www.naturenates.com/purity-guarantee/.

Product of Brazil,India,Mexico Nate’s Honey

Nate’s organic raw %26 unfiltered honey is not local honey nor a product of the US. It’s only “packed for” Nature Nate’s in McKinney, TX. On the lid says “Product of Brazil, India, Mexico”. It is quite deceptive. Using a name ‘Nature Nate’s’ and ‘McKinney, TX’ and quoting a Bible verse ‘Ps 119:103’ doesn’t guarantee it’s real honey.

Fun Fact: The USDA will not certify honey sourced from the continental U.S. as organic. We source our organic honey from trusted international beekeeper partners to ensure we meet USDA organic standards. You can always learn where your Nate’s Honey is sourced by checking the source stamp on the cap. For more details about our honey sources, please check out our blog, www.nateshoney.com/where-does-nates-source-its-honey/.
