This turns to sugar very quickly when it is opened. I put plastic wrap around top and close the lid after opening. That seems to help keep it better.

I always buy this honey. I use it in my breads as a replacement sweetener and in my granolas. Anywhere I want sweetness without using sugar.

Love the honey and the packaging. The bottle top is great for measuring a tablespoon of honey for coffee, etc. No drippping. ❤️

Had to be returned after arriving damaged by rough shipping which caused a sticky mess. Couldn’t believe it was sent in a package; not a box which caused the bottle inside to be dented in creating a leak.
