Excellent honey.  Use often to lightly sweeten smoothies and just a bit in Jasmine tea.

Date was good but half had already crystallized .
I would of never bought it had  I been shopping.
That's the bad side of letting someone else shop for you.

Not happy

I use this daily in my teas and with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.  I've never been disappointed even when it begins to harden.  I transfer it from the plastic bottle to glass when I begin use, so I set the jar in hot water to return it to its original consistency.
