Best tasting honey

We have tried alot of different honey from various suppliers. Some of the local honey taste too much like a smokey smell. Maybe when the bee people fog the place to capture honey. But not this honey. Has the best flavor, and is all natural and organic. I love it.

Honey Mead Beer

I purchased this to make homemade mead from the Tasting History Max Miller recipe. Well, after a week, it turned out into a delicious herbal, light honey tasting beer. It’s more of a watered down honey flavored herbal beverage. I’m going to leave the remaining bottles to sit and age until they ferment for a couple of months longer. My opinion is that the excellent quality honey is what makes the homemade mead taste delicious. I plan on buying the honey again to use and make copycat Texas Roadhouse rolls next.

Product of Brazil,India,Mexico Nate's Honey

Nate's organic raw %26 unfiltered honey is not local honey nor a product of the US. It's only “packed for” Nature Nate's in McKinney, TX. On the lid says “Product of Brazil, India, Mexico”. It is quite deceptive. Using a name ‘Nature Nate's' and ‘McKinney, TX' and quoting a Bible verse ‘Ps 119:103' doesn't guarantee it's real honey.

Fun Fact: The USDA will not certify honey sourced from the continental U.S. as organic. We source our organic honey from trusted international beekeeper partners to ensure we meet USDA organic standards. You can always learn where your Nate’s Honey is sourced by checking the source stamp on the cap. For more details about our honey sources, please check out our blog, www.nateshoney.com/where-does-nates-source-its-honey/.

Product of Brazil and Uraugauay, not Texas

I just got this in the mail today. The bottle is nice, what a special cap the makes it easy and clean to dispense the honey. The flavor reminds me a lot of King Syrup, a corn syrup-based pancake syrup. While the description states that it is tested for corn syrup, I wouldn't be surprised if my bottle contained quite a bit of it. I normally only buy local honey at local farmers markets from bee keepers I know, but since the stay at home orders make this impossible, I had decided to order this product. It will do for now, but I don't think it is pure honey. Local bee keepers have often warned me about imported honey being adulterated with corn syrup.

Does not crystallize

I purchased this product. Pure honey crystallizes in a rather short time if it's not consumed quickly and left on your shelf. I purchased this product and it was in my cupboard for about 7 months and never crystallized. The only Honey's that don't crystallized are Honey's that are not pure. Moreover if you Google information rating the purest Honey's available and those that are not this product Lauren does not get good reviews. This is because as the admit in their description, they stores a percentage of their product from out of the country, Brazil. What they don't tell you is these countries may very well represent their product as being 100% honey, but they don't have the stringent legal guidelines governing such claims and the majority of Honey coming out of these countries is mixed with high fructose corn syrup or sugar cane syrup. It doesn't taste bad but I guarantee you it's not pure honey and if you research it it's listed as one of the honey Brands to avoid if you want pure honey
