Nature Nate's organic honey is fantastic! It tastes right, has the crystals as does unfiltered honey & would probably help immensely with seasonal allergies.

I guess it must the be fact that it is organic, but my sample had tons of crystalized particles in there and due to it being in a paper type container. i could not really heat it up to remove them.
