Eating the honey by itself, the initial taste is very good, however, the after taste is not as sweet (as typical with honey). Eating the honey in tea: it was not as sweet as I was hoping (in tea is typically what I personally use honey for). It would be great for someone who is not looking for a super sweet honey, but for me personally, I would not purchase this in place of my current honey I buy.

I tried Nature Nate's 100% pure and organic, raw and unfiltered honeynas a free sample from Pinchme and it was very good. I usually purchase raw and unprocessed honey from our local farmers market and this honey was pretty close to it in taste. I liked the smooth consiisnetkcy but it makes me question the unfiltered part because usually in our raw honey, it critalized. They might have a good way to make that doenst happen which is a plus.
