My eyes were directed to the cute happy looking cereal on the Kellog's Frosted Mini Wheats club size box. It brought back memories of my childhood. I immediately put one in my cart. It was so exciting to have this for breakfast once again. I love it!

Of course implementing more fruit and veggies throughout the day, but I noticed a significant difference when I ate a bowl of frosted mini wheats. Without going into too much detail, my “issues” in the morning were “smoother” if you catch my drift. And if I skipped a morning not eating this cereal, I’d notice the next day. I say give it a try if you have fiber issues. But of course the recommended serving because if you eat too much in one sitting, you’ll see the effects of too much fiber because it does have a lot.

It is a delicious, healthy way to start the day. Full of lots of bulk, fiber with just the right amount of added sweetness. Our house is never without many boxes of Frosted Mini Wheats!

It tastes great with just a hint of sweetness, and it soaks up just enough milk to have moisture but still remain crunchy. It’s also a great snack for late night munchies!

When you are only allowed 2300 mg per day this goes a long way to control the amount of sodium in my diet thank you frosted mini wheats
