It is a delicious, healthy way to start the day. Full of lots of bulk, fiber with just the right amount of added sweetness. Our house is never without many boxes of Frosted Mini Wheats!

You had to pour milk over them and let them soak just like you have to do with the mini version. The one good thing with the mini version is that you can eat these as a snack which is what I do Just the right amount of sugar coating.

When he is at our house, my 3 year old grandson takes my box of frosted shredded wheat from the pantry and eats it for a snack. I even asked him for the box back and he said NO.

When you are only allowed 2300 mg per day this goes a long way to control the amount of sodium in my diet thank you frosted mini wheats

My eyes were directed to the cute happy looking cereal on the Kellog's Frosted Mini Wheats club size box. It brought back memories of my childhood. I immediately put one in my cart. It was so exciting to have this for breakfast once again. I love it!

My go to method is straight out of the box, no milk required. The crunch is so satisfying and the sweetness makes my mouth happy. A good source of fiber and iron, 2 things I value for my dietary needs, I don't feel guilty about eating a sweetened cereal because it packs such a nutritional punch. I buy 4 boxes at a time so I never run out. There are several great Kellogg's cereals but this one is my all time favorite! Please don't ever change them.
