i love the sweetness of the flakes. It is a good breakfast, snack or bedtime treat. I have even mixed them into my homemade trail mix for my breaks at work.

I’m anemic and I need the iron and it has a lot of iron. Also it’s okay to eat if you have ulcerative colitis since it’s a corn flake, so, that’s a win-win in my book.

The last two times I have bought these there for a so little sugar they may as well be plain corn flakes. No idea why they make the bulk so different then the regular boxes. Last time I buy from Sams.

We have always enjoyed Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Cereal. It's been around since we were kids, around 50 years, so you know it tastes great. Perfect for breakfast or any time of day. We eat the flakes without milk for a snack during TV time.
