No leakage from grease or butter soaking thru the pieces! I love the fact that they are biodegradable and compostable. The pieces are all tough and hold a lot of food. We stacked a huge pile of crawfish on the platters and plates and they held up very well since they are thick. No tears! Thank you Chinet!

The Chinet dessert plates are great,they are durable and hold up to just about any meal from spaghetti to cake with no issues. The plates don’t get soggy or bend they hold up well. The plates measure 6.75 inches and are perfect for small portions. This would be a great package to get if you were having a birthday party, holiday get-together or just to keep on hand for the kids. They are microwave safe so they’re also perfect for heating up left overs. They are sturdy and tough but will start to break down quickly with something wet in texture and warm. These are also eco-friendly which means they are made from recycled material and compostable. Overall, I really like this set of plates. It’s nice to have something like this on hand when you don’t feel like doing dishes.
